التقى أمين منطقة عسير المهندس عبدالله الجالي عدداً من رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين في المنطقة، وذلك بمقر أمانة منطقة عسير بمدينة أبها، بحضور عدد من قيادات الأمانة في إطار حرص الأمانة على تعزيز الشراكة مع قطاع الأعمال ودعم مسارات التنمية الاقتصادية والاستثمارية.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض أبرز التحديات التي تواجه قطاع الأعمال والمستثمرين، ومناقشة الحلول والممكنات الكفيلة بتذليلها، إلى جانب بحث فرص تطوير الخدمات والإجراءات البلدية بما يعزز كفاءة بيئة الأعمال ويرتقي بتجربة المستثمرين.
وأكد أمين منطقة عسير حرص الأمانة على مواصلة بناء شراكة فاعلة مع قطاع الأعمال، والاستماع إلى ملاحظات المستثمرين ومرئياتهم والعمل على تطوير منظومة الخدمات والإجراءات البلدية بما يسهم في تمكين القطاع الخاص، ورفع جاذبية البيئة الاستثمارية وتعزيز إسهامها في تحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الاقتصادية والسياحية بمنطقة عسير.
من جهة أخرى، أعلنت الأمانة طرح فرصة استثمارية لتطوير الساحة الشعبية بمدينة أبها على مساحة تتجاوز 39 ألف متر مربع، تتضمن إنشاء فندق متعدد الأدوار، ومجمع للأنشطة التجارية ومكاتب إدارية. وتأتي هذه الفرصة ضمن جهود الأمانة في تعزيز الاستثمار البلدي وتفعيل الأصول البلدية بما يسهم في تنويع المكونات الاستثمارية والسياحية والاستفادة المثلى من المواقع ذات المقومات الاقتصادية بمدينة أبها.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن طرح الفرصة يهدف إلى تهيئة بيئة استثمارية جاذبة ومستدامة وتعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في تطوير الأصول البلدية.
ودعت الأمانة المستثمرين ورواد الأعمال إلى الاطلاع على تفاصيل الفرصة والتقدم عليها عبر منصة فرص والاستفادة من الحوافز الاستثمارية المتاحة بما يعزز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، ويدعم مستهدفات التنمية في منطقة عسير.
The Secretary of the Asir Region, Engineer Abdullah Al-Jali, met with a number of businessmen and investors in the region at the headquarters of the Asir Region Municipality in Abha, in the presence of several municipal leaders, as part of the municipality's commitment to enhancing partnership with the business sector and supporting economic and investment development paths.
During the meeting, the main challenges facing the business sector and investors were reviewed, and solutions and possibilities to overcome them were discussed, along with exploring opportunities to develop municipal services and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the business environment and improve the experience of investors.
The Secretary of the Asir Region emphasized the municipality's commitment to continuing to build an effective partnership with the business sector, listening to investors' feedback and insights, and working to develop the system of municipal services and procedures in a way that empowers the private sector, increases the attractiveness of the investment environment, and enhances its contribution to achieving the economic and tourism development goals in the Asir Region.
On another note, the municipality announced the launch of an investment opportunity to develop a public square in the city of Abha, covering an area of over 39,000 square meters, which includes the construction of a multi-story hotel, a commercial activity complex, and administrative offices. This opportunity is part of the municipality's efforts to enhance municipal investment and activate municipal assets in a way that contributes to diversifying investment and tourism components and optimally utilizing economically viable sites in the city of Abha.
The municipality clarified that the purpose of launching this opportunity is to create an attractive and sustainable investment environment and to enhance private sector participation in the development of municipal assets.
The municipality invited investors and entrepreneurs to review the details of the opportunity and apply through the Opportunities platform, taking advantage of the available investment incentives to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors and support development goals in the Asir Region.
