أتاحت المديرية العامة للجوازات خدمة جديدة تُمكّن المواطنين من الإبلاغ إلكترونيًا عن فقدان جواز السفر السعودي عبر منصة «أبشر»، في خطوة تهدف إلى تسهيل الإجراءات وتقليل الحاجة إلى مراجعة المكاتب المختصة.
وتتيح الخدمة للمستفيد تسجيل البلاغ خلال دقائق عبر حسابه في المنصة، من خلال الدخول إلى (خدماتي)، ثم (خدمات الجوازات)، واختيار (طلب جديد)، ومن ثم تعبئة نموذج الإبلاغ عن فقدان الجواز واستكمال البيانات المطلوبة إلكترونيًا.
وتؤكد الجوازات أن الخدمة تأتي ضمن جهودها لتطوير التعاملات الرقمية وتقديم خدمات أكثر سهولة وسرعة للمواطنين، بما يضمن معالجة البلاغات دون تأخير، ويحدّ من الازدحام في مواقع تقديم الخدمة.
The General Directorate of Passports has launched a new service that enables citizens to report the loss of their Saudi passport electronically via the "Absher" platform, in a step aimed at facilitating procedures and reducing the need to visit the relevant offices.
The service allows beneficiaries to register the report within minutes through their account on the platform, by accessing (My Services), then (Passport Services), selecting (New Request), and then filling out the report form for the lost passport and completing the required information electronically.
The passports authority confirms that the service is part of its efforts to develop digital transactions and provide easier and faster services to citizens, ensuring that reports are processed without delay and reducing congestion at service provision locations.
