تستعد وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية لتنظيم النسخة الثانية من الملتقى الدولي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية 2026 في مدينة الرياض يومَي 5 و6 أكتوبر القادم، تحت شعار «من الالتزام إلى التأثير»، الذي يقام تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بمشاركة نخبة من كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين وقادة القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، إلى جانب الجهات التنظيمية وهيئات وضع المعايير والمستثمرين المؤسسيين والأكاديميين وممثلي المجتمع.
ويشهد الملتقى مشاركة أكثر من 3,000 مشارك، وما يزيد على 100 متحدث، ضمن أكثر من 40 جلسة حوارية على مدار يومين، تتوزع على ثلاث منصات رئيسة؛ تشمل الجلسة العامة للملتقى الدولي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، التي تستضيف الكلمات الافتتاحية والمداخلات الوزارية وحلقات النقاش، ومنصة أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، التي تستضيف ورش عمل متخصصة بقيادة خبراء في المجال لمناقشة التجارب الواقعية ووجهات النظر من حول العالم، إضافة إلى منصة معايير المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، التي تجمع قادة الفكر والخبراء لمناقشة التحديات المشتركة وأفضل الممارسات.
جلسات متخصصة
يركّز الملتقى على ستة محاور إستراتيجية رئيسة، تشمل الإستراتيجية والتكامل، والمناخ والطبيعة والتحوّل العادل، والقوى العاملة وإدارة المواهب والأثر الاجتماعي، والابتكار المسؤول، والتحوّل الرقمي والمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، والحوكمة والثقة والمعايير. وتتناول جلسات الملتقى مجموعة من القضايا، من بينها مساءلة مجالس الإدارة وإدارة المخاطر المؤسسية، ومواءمة الجوانب الاقتصادية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات مع متطلبات الاستثمار المؤسسي، إلى جانب مناقشة التحديات التي تعيق التنفيذ الفعلي داخل المؤسسات والشركات الكبرى، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالحوار من مستوى التعهدات والالتزامات إلى استعراض أفضل الممارسات التي تعتمدها الشركات الرائدة على أرض الواقع. ويتضمّن برنامج الملتقى حفل جائزة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، لتكريم الشركات التي نجحت في تحويل التزاماتها إلى نتائج مثبتة وقابلة للقياس في مختلف أنحاء المملكة، بما يسهم في إبراز الإنجازات وقياس أثرها الفعلي.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is preparing to organize the second edition of the International Forum on Social Responsibility 2026 in Riyadh on October 5 and 6, under the slogan "From Commitment to Impact." The event is held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, with the participation of a select group of senior executives and leaders from both the public and private sectors, alongside regulatory bodies, standard-setting organizations, institutional investors, academics, and community representatives.
The forum will witness the participation of more than 3,000 attendees and over 100 speakers, across more than 40 discussion sessions over two days, distributed across three main platforms. These include the general session of the International Forum on Social Responsibility, which will host opening speeches, ministerial interventions, and discussion panels, the Corporate Social Responsibility Impact platform, which will host specialized workshops led by experts in the field to discuss real-world experiences and perspectives from around the globe, in addition to the Corporate Social Responsibility Standards platform, which gathers thought leaders and experts to discuss common challenges and best practices.
Specialized Sessions
The forum focuses on six main strategic themes, including strategy and integration, climate and nature and just transition, workforce and talent management and social impact, responsible innovation, digital transformation and corporate social responsibility, and governance, trust, and standards. The sessions will address a range of issues, including the accountability of boards of directors and corporate risk management, aligning the economic aspects of corporate social responsibility with institutional investment requirements, as well as discussing the challenges that hinder actual implementation within institutions and large companies, contributing to elevating the dialogue from commitments and pledges to showcasing best practices adopted by leading companies in the field. The forum program includes a Corporate Social Responsibility Award ceremony to honor companies that have successfully transformed their commitments into proven and measurable results across the Kingdom, contributing to highlighting achievements and measuring their actual impact.
