توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد، في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (الإثنين)، بمشيئة الله تعالى، هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة المكرمة، تؤدي إلى جريان السيول، وتكون مصحوبة بزخات من البرد.
سحب رعدية ورياح مثيرة للغبار
ولم يستبعد المركز تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على أجزاء من منطقة نجران، والأجزاء الجنوبية من منطقتي الشرقية والرياض، إضافة إلى مرتفعات منطقة المدينة المنورة، فيما تؤثر الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
رياح نشطة وأمواج مرتفعة في البحر الأحمر
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة تراوح بين 20 و45 كيلومتراً في الساعة، وتصل إلى 50 كيلومتراً في الساعة باتجاه خليج العقبة.
ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين متر ومترين، ويصل إلى مترين ونصف المتر باتجاه خليج العقبة، فيما تكون حالة البحر متوسطة الموج، وتصل إلى مائجة باتجاه الخليج.
الخليج العربي خفيف الموج
وعلى الخليج العربي، تكون الرياح السطحية شرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة تراوح بين 10 و28 كيلومتراً في الساعة، ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومتر، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيفة الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expected, in its weather report for today (Monday), with the will of God Almighty, moderate to heavy thunderstorms in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah, leading to the flow of torrents, and accompanied by showers of hail.
Thunderstorms and Dusty Winds
The center did not rule out the formation of rainy thunderclouds in parts of the Najran region, and the southern parts of the Eastern and Riyadh regions, in addition to the highlands of the Medina region, while active winds stirring up dust and sand will affect parts of those areas.
Active Winds and High Waves in the Red Sea
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds ranging between 20 and 45 kilometers per hour, reaching up to 50 kilometers per hour towards the Gulf of Aqaba.
The wave height will range between one and two meters, reaching two and a half meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba, while the sea condition will be moderate, becoming rough towards the Gulf.
Light Waves in the Arabian Gulf
In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be easterly to southeasterly at speeds ranging between 10 and 28 kilometers per hour, with wave heights ranging between half a meter and one meter, while the sea condition will be lightly wavy.
