واصلت أسعار النفط ارتفاعها اليوم (الإثنين)، وسط تصاعد المخاوف من اضطراب طويل الأمد في إمدادات الشرق الأوسط، في ظل الهجمات المتبادلة بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران على سفن في مضيق هرمز ومناطق أخرى.
وارتفعت العقود الآجلة لخام برنت بمقدار 52 سنتاً، أو بنسبة 0.54%، لتصل إلى 96.80 دولاراً للبرميل، فيما صعدت العقود الآجلة لخام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأمريكي بمقدار 66 سنتاً، أو بنسبة 0.72%، لتبلغ 92.14 دولاراً للبرميل.
Oil prices continued to rise today (Monday), amid escalating fears of a prolonged disruption in Middle Eastern supplies, due to the reciprocal attacks between the United States and Iran on ships in the Strait of Hormuz and other areas.
Brent crude futures rose by 52 cents, or 0.54%, to reach $96.80 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures increased by 66 cents, or 0.72%, to $92.14 per barrel.
