أعلنت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة المدينة المنورة عن مواقع ومقرات لجان القبول وخدمة المستفيدين والتسجيل في المدينة المنورة وعدد من محافظات المنطقة، استعداداً للعام الدراسي الجديد بهدف تيسير إجراءات القبول والتسجيل وتقديم الخدمات للمستفيدين.
وحددت الإدارة صالة العقيق في العزيزية كمقر للجنة في المدينة المنورة، وخصصت مركز التدريب الملحق بالابتدائية الأولى في محافظة المهد، ومبنى إدارة الإشراف التربوي بجوار الثانوية الرابعة في محافظة العلا، ومقر الفريق التنفيذي في مبنى إدارة التعليم بينبع سابقاً في محافظة ينبع.
كما أوضحت الإدارة أن تخصيص هذه المقرات يهدف إلى تيسير وصول المستفيدين إلى خدمات القبول والتسجيل، ومعالجة الطلبات والاستفسارات المرتبطة بها، وتقديم الدعم اللازم للطلاب والطالبات وأولياء الأمور، مما يسهم في استكمال الإجراءات بيسر وسهولة.
فيما دعت الإدارة المستفيدين إلى الاستفادة من رموز الاستجابة السريعة المخصصة لكل مقر للاطلاع على موقعه والوصول إليه، كما نشرت عبر موقعها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، مؤكدةً استمرار جهودها في رفع جاهزية الخدمات التعليمية وتيسير رحلة المستفيد مع انطلاق العام الدراسي الجديد.
The General Administration of Education in the Medina region announced the locations and venues for the admission committees, beneficiary services, and registration in Medina and several governorates in the region, in preparation for the new academic year, aiming to facilitate the admission and registration procedures and provide services to beneficiaries.
The administration designated the Al-Aqiq Hall in Al-Aziziyah as the venue for the committee in Medina, allocated the training center attached to the first primary school in Al-Mahd governorate, the Educational Supervision Administration building next to the fourth secondary school in Al-Ula governorate, and the executive team headquarters in the former Education Administration building in Yanbu governorate.
The administration also clarified that the allocation of these venues aims to facilitate beneficiaries' access to admission and registration services, address related requests and inquiries, and provide necessary support to students and parents, which contributes to completing procedures smoothly and easily.
Meanwhile, the administration urged beneficiaries to take advantage of the QR codes designated for each venue to view its location and access it, as well as published this information on its social media platforms, confirming its ongoing efforts to enhance the readiness of educational services and facilitate the beneficiaries' journey as the new academic year begins.
