رفع وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بمناسبة صدور الموافقة على النظام (القانون) الموحد للعمل التطوعي بدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، بصيغته المرافقة لقرار المجلس الأعلى لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية في دورته الـ44.
وأكد أن الموافقة تجسد الرعاية المتواصلة والدعم غير المحدود الذي توليه القيادة الرشيدة لمنظومة القطاع غير الربحي والعمل التطوعي، مشيراً إلى أن النظام الموحد يشكل أفقاً تشريعياً جديداً يسهم في تمكين العمل التطوعي وتطوير بنيته التنظيمية، وتحفيز أفراد المجتمع ومؤسساته للمشاركة الفاعلة في مسارات التنمية المستدامة.
وأوضح أن النظام يرسّخ ثقافة التطوع المنظم، ويحمي حقوق المتطوعين والجهات التنموية، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تعزيز الأثر الاجتماعي.
وأكد أن إشراف المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي على تطبيق أحكام النظام سيعزز من كفاءة المنظومة وحوكمتها، ويكفل توفير بيئة تطوعية آمنة ومُمكّنة، بما يعضّد مسيرة التعاون والتكامل الخليجي الموحد في مجالات التنمية الاجتماعية والعمل الإنساني، سائلاً المولى -عز وجل- أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين، وأن يديم على هذا الوطن نماءه واستقراره.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of the approval of the unified system (law) for voluntary work in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as per the accompanying text of the decision of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council in its 44th session.
He affirmed that the approval reflects the continuous care and unlimited support that the wise leadership provides to the non-profit sector and voluntary work, noting that the unified system represents a new legislative horizon that contributes to empowering voluntary work and developing its organizational structure, and motivating individuals and institutions in the community to actively participate in sustainable development pathways.
He explained that the system consolidates the culture of organized volunteering and protects the rights of volunteers and developmental entities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing social impact.
He emphasized that the oversight of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector in applying the provisions of the system will enhance the efficiency of the system and its governance, ensuring the provision of a safe and enabling voluntary environment, which supports the unified Gulf cooperation and integration in the fields of social development and humanitarian work, asking the Almighty - may He be exalted - to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince, and to sustain the growth and stability of this nation.
