أمانة عسير و«نزاهة» تستعرضان مفهوم الفساد المالي والإداري وأسبابه وآثاره

The Anti-Corruption and Integrity Protection Agency, in collaboration with the Asir Region Municipality, organized a workshop today titled "Financial and Administrative Corruption," attended by a number of municipality staff. This initiative is part of efforts to enhance awareness of the concepts of integrity and transparency, and to prevent corrupt practices. The workshop, presented by Engineer Abdullah Mohammed Al-Qarni, reviewed the concept of financial and administrative corruption, its main causes and forms, as well as its risks and impacts on society and institutions. It also discussed the implications for performance efficiency, service quality, and achieving sustainable development. Additionally, the workshop addressed the importance of instilling the principles of integrity and transparency in the workplace and raising awareness of related regulations and controls, which enhances the integrity of procedures and contributes to reducing practices that may affect the protection of public funds.
