تتطلّب إجراءات تسجيل الطلاب في المدارس اطلاع أولياء الأمور على أربعة أدلة ولوائح تنظّم العلاقة بين الطالب وأسرته والمدرسة، والتعهد بالالتزام بها.
وتشمل اللوائح قواعد السلوك والمواظبة، وأنظمة حماية الطفل والحماية من الإيذاء، ودليل الزي المدرسي والرياضي، بما يحمّل الأسرة مسؤولية متابعة حضور أبنائها وسلوكهم وسلامتهم. وتنظم قواعد السلوك حضور الطالب والمخالفات، وتحدد إجراءات التعامل معها، مع إلزام المدرسة بإشعار ولي الأمر عند الغياب ومنع العقوبات غير التربوية.
وتوضح لوائح حماية الطفل والإيذاء صور الإهمال والإساءة وضرورة الإبلاغ عنها وتقديم الدعم للمتضرر، مع تمكين المدرسة من رفع البلاغات عند اكتشاف حالات إيذاء أو إهمال. كما يحدّد دليل الزي المدرسي الزي المعتمد لكل مرحلة بهدف تعزيز الانضباط والمساواة. ويوقّع ولي الأمر والطالب نموذج الالتزام في بداية العام الدراسي، متعهدين بالتعاون مع المدرسة ومتابعة الانضباط والسلوك وصحة البيانات، ليُحفظ النموذج في ملف الطالب.
The procedures for registering students in schools require parents to be informed about four guides and regulations that govern the relationship between the student, their family, and the school, and to commit to adhering to them.
These regulations include rules of conduct and attendance, child protection systems, and protection from abuse, as well as a guide to school and sports uniforms, which places the responsibility on the family to monitor their children's attendance, behavior, and safety. The child protection and abuse regulations clarify the forms of neglect and abuse, the necessity of reporting them, and providing support to the affected individuals, while enabling the school to file reports upon discovering cases of abuse or neglect. Additionally, the school uniform guide specifies the approved attire for each grade level to promote discipline and equality. The parent and student sign the commitment form at the beginning of the school year, pledging to cooperate with the school and monitor discipline, behavior, and the accuracy of information, with the form being kept in the student's file.
