تستعد العاصمة الرياض لاستضافة مؤتمر «حوار الأمن والتاريخ 2026»، الذي تنظمه وزارة الداخلية برعاية وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود، خلال الفترة من 6 إلى 8 سبتمبر القادم، تحت عنوان «تاريخنا ومستقبلنا.. أمن ونماء».
ويطرح المؤتمر، الذي يجمع بين الحوار والتاريخ والتفاعل المعرفي، قراءة متعددة الأبعاد لمسيرة المملكة، من خلال مناقشة محطاتها التاريخية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، وعلاقتها بمسيرتي الأمن والتنمية، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والباحثين والمتخصصين، إلى جانب عدد من الجهات الشريكة والفعاليات المصاحبة.
ويأتي انعقاد المؤتمر بوصفه منصة وطنية تستحضر دور الأمن في بناء الدولة السعودية وترسيخ استقرارها، وتسلط الضوء على الترابط بين الأمن والتنمية باعتبارهما مسارين أسهما في حماية المجتمع ودعم الاستقرار والازدهار، فضلًا عن توثيق التجربة الوطنية ونقلها إلى الأجيال القادمة.
ويتضمن برنامج المؤتمر أكثر من 50 جلسة حوارية وتفاعلية، بمشاركة تتجاوز 160 متحدثاً من داخل المملكة وخارجها، على مدى 3 أيام، وبمجموع يتجاوز 60 ساعة من الحوار والتفاعل، فيما يُتوقع أن يستقطب المؤتمر أكثر من 5 آلاف زائر، بمشاركة أكثر من 30 جهة.
وتتسع دائرة المشاركين في المؤتمر، لتشمل الأمراء والوزراء والقيادات والمسؤولين، والخبراء والمتخصصين، والباحثين والأكاديميين، إلى جانب الإعلاميين وصناع المحتوى، وطلبة الجامعات والدراسات العليا، والمهتمين بتاريخ المملكة ومسيرتها التنموية.
ومن المنتظر أن يتيح المؤتمر مساحة للحوار حول التجربة السعودية في حفظ الأمن وتهيئة البيئة الداعمة للتنمية، عبر مقاربات تجمع بين التوثيق التاريخي والنقاش الفكري واستشراف المستقبل، بما يعزز حضور التاريخ الوطني في قراءة التحولات التي مرت بها المملكة، والدروس التي يمكن البناء عليها في مراحلها القادمة.
ويحظى المؤتمر بشراكات متعددة، من بينها شراكة إستراتيجية مع الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، وشراكة ريادية مع شركة تحكم وأكاديمية طويق، بما يعكس تنوع الجهات المشاركة في تنظيم فعالياته ودعم أهدافه المعرفية والحوارية.
The capital Riyadh is preparing to host the "Security and History Dialogue 2026" conference, organized by the Ministry of Interior under the patronage of the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, from September 6 to 8, under the title "Our History and Our Future.. Security and Growth".
The conference, which combines dialogue, history, and cognitive interaction, presents a multidimensional reading of the Kingdom's journey by discussing its historical, political, social, cultural, and economic milestones, and their relationship with the paths of security and development, with the participation of a select group of experts, researchers, and specialists, alongside several partner entities and accompanying events.
The conference serves as a national platform that highlights the role of security in building the Saudi state and consolidating its stability, shedding light on the connection between security and development as two pathways that have contributed to protecting society and supporting stability and prosperity, in addition to documenting the national experience and passing it on to future generations.
The conference program includes more than 50 dialogue and interactive sessions, with participation from over 160 speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom, over the course of 3 days, totaling more than 60 hours of dialogue and interaction, while the conference is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors, with the participation of more than 30 entities.
The circle of participants in the conference will expand to include princes, ministers, leaders, officials, experts, specialists, researchers, academics, as well as media professionals, content creators, university and graduate students, and those interested in the history of the Kingdom and its developmental journey.
The conference is expected to provide a space for dialogue about the Saudi experience in maintaining security and creating a supportive environment for development, through approaches that combine historical documentation, intellectual discussion, and future foresight, enhancing the presence of national history in understanding the transformations the Kingdom has undergone, and the lessons that can be built upon in its upcoming stages.
The conference enjoys multiple partnerships, including a strategic partnership with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, and a pioneering partnership with Takhom Company and Tuwaiq Academy, reflecting the diversity of participating entities in organizing its events and supporting its cognitive and dialogue objectives.
