بهدف تعزيز القدرات القيادية وتطوير الكفاءة النيابية والإدارية، انطلقت في محافظة جدة أعمال الملتقى القيادي الأول، بمشاركة 28 قائدًا من أعضاء النيابة العامة، ويستمر خمسة أيام.
ويعتمد الملتقى على منهجية التطوير المبني على نقاط القوة (مقياس كليفتون)، التي تركز على إعداد خطط تطوير ذاتية لاستثمار نقاط القوة وتنميتها بأساليب علمية وعملية.
ويأتي تنظيم الملتقى في إطار حرص النائب العام رئيس مجلس النيابة العامة الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف على ترسيخ الفكر القيادي المؤسسي الحديث، ودعم مستهدفات برنامج التحول المؤسسي، وربط الكفاءات بأفضل الممارسات، وتزويد القيادات بأحدث أدوات التطوير، بما يسهم في بناء منظومة نيابية قادرة على تحقيق التميز والابتكار والارتقاء ببيئة العمل.
In order to enhance leadership capabilities and develop parliamentary and administrative efficiency, the first leadership forum has been launched in Jeddah, with the participation of 28 leaders from the Public Prosecution members, and it will last for five days.
The forum relies on a strengths-based development methodology (Clifton Strengths), which focuses on preparing personal development plans to invest in and grow strengths using scientific and practical methods.
The organization of the forum comes within the framework of the Public Prosecutor, Chairman of the Public Prosecution Council, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yusuf's commitment to establishing modern institutional leadership thinking, supporting the objectives of the institutional transformation program, linking competencies with best practices, and providing leaders with the latest development tools, which contributes to building a prosecutorial system capable of achieving excellence, innovation, and improving the work environment.
