تمكنت أمانة منطقة نجران من إنجاز ٩٥٪ من أعمال مشروع تطوير وتأهيل الطريق الواقع شرق مستشفى الملك خالد، ضمن جهودها الرامية إلى رفع كفاءة الطرق وتحسين مستوى الخدمات والبنية التحتية، والارتقاء بالمشهد الحضري وتعزيز جودة الحياة بالمنطقة.
وشملت الأعمال المنجزة توريد وتنفيذ الطبقة السطحية من الأسفلت بسماكة ٥ سم، وتوريد وتنفيذ طبقة الأساس من الأسفلت بسماكة ٧ سم، إلى جانب توريد وتركيب بلاط الإنترلوك الملون بسماكة ١٠ سم للمواقف، وبسماكة ٦ سم للأرصفة، بالإضافة إلى توريد وتركيب البردورات الخرسانية للأرصفة والمواقف.
كما تضمنت الأعمال تنفيذ خزانات مياه أرضية بسعة ١٢٠ مترًا مكعبًا، وتوريد وتركيب أعمدة إنارة ديكورية بارتفاع ١٢ مترًا، بإجمالي ٧٠ عمودًا، بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى الإنارة ورفع كفاءة الطريق وتعزيز عناصر السلامة والمظهر الحضري للموقع.
وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي لأمانة منطقة نجران عبدالله آل فاضل أن مشروع تطوير وتأهيل الطريق الواقع شرق مستشفى الملك خالد يأتي ضمن أعمال الأمانة المستمرة لتطوير شبكة الطرق ورفع كفاءتها، وتحسين البنية التحتية والخدمات المقدمة للسكان، مؤكدًا أن الأمانة تواصل تنفيذ مشاريعها التنموية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة، بما يعزز جودة الحياة ويرتقي بالمشهد الحضري في المنطقة.
The Municipality of Najran has managed to complete 95% of the development and rehabilitation project for the road located east of King Khalid Hospital, as part of its efforts to enhance road efficiency, improve service levels and infrastructure, elevate the urban landscape, and enhance the quality of life in the region.
The completed works included the supply and implementation of a 5 cm thick asphalt surface layer, the supply and implementation of a 7 cm thick asphalt base layer, as well as the supply and installation of colored interlocking tiles with a thickness of 10 cm for parking lots and 6 cm for sidewalks, in addition to the supply and installation of concrete curbs for sidewalks and parking areas.
The works also included the implementation of underground water tanks with a capacity of 120 cubic meters, and the supply and installation of decorative lighting poles with a height of 12 meters, totaling 70 poles, which contributes to improving the level of lighting, enhancing road efficiency, and reinforcing safety elements and the urban appearance of the site.
The official spokesperson for the Municipality of Najran, Abdullah Al-Fadhil, stated that the development and rehabilitation project for the road located east of King Khalid Hospital is part of the municipality's ongoing efforts to develop and enhance the road network, improve infrastructure, and the services provided to residents, emphasizing that the municipality continues to implement its developmental projects according to the highest quality standards, which enhances the quality of life and elevates the urban landscape in the region.
