اطّلع نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة تطوير المنطقة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز على المشاريع الإستراتيجية والمبادرات التنموية التي تنفذها الهيئة، وجهودها في تعزيز الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص للارتقاء بالخدمات والمشاريع في المنطقة.
جاء ذلك خلال استقباله في مقر الإمارة الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة تطوير منطقة مكة المكرمة المهندس فارس رجب، حيث استمع إلى إيجاز عن مشروع تطوير المنظومة الجيومكانية، وأعمال المرصد الحضري، والمخطط الإقليمي والمخططات المحلية، وإستراتيجية التشجير وزيادة الغطاء النباتي، إلى جانب الموجهات التصميمية والأدلة التطبيقية للعمارة السعودية، وعدد من المشاريع التنموية والمبادرات المستقبلية في المنطقة.
واطلع نائب أمير مكة خلال استقباله المدير الإقليمي لبنك التنمية الاجتماعية بالغربية المهندس رامي أبو الجدايل، على أعمال البنك في المنطقة، والخدمات المقدّمة للمستفيدين، إذ بلغ إجمالي التمويل التاريخي في المنطقة نحو 32.6 مليار ريال، استفاد منه أكثر من 699 ألف مواطن ورائد أعمال، فيما بلغ حجم التمويل عام 2025م، نحو 1.57 مليار ريال في المنطقة، استفاد منه 21 ألف مواطن ورائد أعمال.واطلع نائب أمير مكة المكرمة، على تقرير عن أداء مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي خلال 2026م، وأبرز منجزاته التشغيلية، ونتائج موسمَي العمرة والحج لعام 1447هـ، إلى جانب مستجدات المشاريع التطويرية والخطط المستقبلية الهادفة إلى تعزيز كفاءة المطار والارتقاء بتجربة المسافرين خلال استقباله الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مطارات جدة المهندس مازن جوهر.
The Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Makkah Region Development Authority, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, reviewed the strategic projects and developmental initiatives being implemented by the authority, as well as its efforts to enhance partnerships with the private sector to improve services and projects in the region.
This came during his reception of the CEO of the Makkah Region Development Authority, Engineer Fares Rajab, at the emirate's headquarters, where he listened to a briefing on the geospatial system development project, the urban observatory's work, the regional plan and local plans, the afforestation strategy, and increasing vegetation cover, in addition to the design guidelines and practical manuals for Saudi architecture, along with several developmental projects and future initiatives in the region.
During his reception of the regional director of the Social Development Bank in the western region, Engineer Rami Abu Al-Judail, the Deputy Emir of Makkah was briefed on the bank's work in the region and the services provided to beneficiaries, with a total historical funding in the region amounting to approximately 32.6 billion riyals, benefiting more than 699,000 citizens and entrepreneurs. The funding volume for 2025 is expected to be around 1.57 billion riyals in the region, benefiting 21,000 citizens and entrepreneurs. The Deputy Emir of Makkah also reviewed a report on the performance of King Abdulaziz International Airport during 2026, its key operational achievements, and the results of the Umrah and Hajj seasons for the year 1447 AH, along with updates on developmental projects and future plans aimed at enhancing the airport's efficiency and improving the travel experience during his reception of the CEO of Jeddah Airports Company, Engineer Mazen Jawhar.
