أصدرت الهيئة العامة للنقل اللائحة التنفيذية لنشاط نقل البضائع عبر الدراجة الآلية لأغراض تجارية، لينتقل النشاط من البيئة التنظيمية التجريبية إلى إطار رسمي متكامل، في خطوة تعكس نضج النشاط، وترسخ أسس ممارسته، ليواكب النمو المتسارع في قطاع خدمات توصيل الطلبات.
ويعزز صدور اللائحة وضوح السوق واستقرارها، ويوفر بيئة أكثر جاذبية للاستثمار والمنافسة، بما يتيح للقطاع الخاص فرصاً أوسع لتطوير نماذج أعمال وخدمات مبتكرة، ويرفع جاهزية النشاط للتوسع وفق أسس واضحة تواكب التحولات المتسارعة في قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية. ويمتد أثر التنظيم إلى تعزيز السلامة وموثوقية الخدمة وحماية المستفيدين، إلى جانب رفع كفاءة العمليات وتشجيع الممارسات التشغيلية الأكثر استدامة، بما يحقق التوازن بين متطلبات النمو وجودة الخدمة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية.
ويأتي إصدار اللائحة ضمن جهود الهيئة لبناء منظومة تشريعية قادرة على مواكبة نماذج النقل الحديثة، وتحفيز الاستثمار والابتكار فيها، بما يعزز تنافسية القطاع ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات الإستراتيجية الوطنية للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية ورؤية السعودية 2030.

The General Transport Authority has issued the executive regulation for the activity of transporting goods via motorcycles for commercial purposes, transitioning the activity from a trial regulatory environment to a comprehensive official framework.
