أودع صندوق التنمية العقارية، أمس، مليارًا و82 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني، بالشراكة مع وزارة البلديات والإسكان، وذلك عن يوليو 2026.
وأوضح الصندوق، أن المبلغ المودع خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، بما يسهم في تمكين المستفيدين من تملك المسكن وتعزيز قدرتهم على الاستفادة من الحلول التمويلية، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030. وأشار إلى أن إجمالي ما أُودع في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني منذ يناير وحتى يوليو 2026، بلغ نحو 7.554 مليار ريال.
وأكد صندوق التنمية العقارية، أنه مكّن منذ تأسيسه 1974، أكثر من 1.8 مليون أسرة من الحصول على مسكنها الأول، وأسهم في رفع نسبة تملك المواطنين للمساكن إلى 66.24%، من خلال تطوير حلول تمويلية بالتعاون مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين، بما يوسع الخيارات السكنية والتمويلية للمستفيدين.
The Real Estate Development Fund deposited yesterday 1 billion and 82 million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program, in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, for July 2026.
The fund clarified that the deposited amount is allocated to support the profits of various housing support program contracts, which contributes to enabling beneficiaries to own their homes and enhances their ability to benefit from financing solutions, in line with the housing program objectives within Saudi Vision 2030. It noted that the total amount deposited into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program from January to July 2026 reached approximately 7.554 billion riyals.
The Real Estate Development Fund confirmed that since its establishment in 1974, it has enabled more than 1.8 million families to obtain their first home and has contributed to raising the homeownership rate among citizens to 66.24%, by developing financing solutions in collaboration with financing entities and real estate developers, thereby expanding housing and financing options for beneficiaries.
