أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية بأشد العبارات التفجير الذي استهدف حاجزاً أمنياً في إقليم خيبر بختونخوا بشمال غرب جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، مما أدى إلى وفاة عددٍ من العسكريين ومدني.
وقالت في بيان لها: «تؤكد المملكة موقفها الراسخ في نبذ العنف والإرهاب والتطرف بأشكاله كافة، وتعبّر عن تضامنها وصادق تعازيها لباكستان حكومةً وشعباً، ومواساتها لذوي المتوفين، مع صادق التمنيات بدوام الأمن والسلامة لباكستان وشعبها الشقيق».
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation in the strongest terms of the explosion that targeted a security checkpoint in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of northwestern Pakistan, resulting in the death of several military personnel and a civilian.
It stated in a statement: "The Kingdom reaffirms its firm position in rejecting violence, terrorism, and extremism in all its forms, and expresses its solidarity and sincere condolences to the government and people of Pakistan, as well as its sympathy to the families of the deceased, along with sincere wishes for continued security and safety for Pakistan and its brotherly people."
