أغلقت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، اليوم (الخميس)، باب التسجيل الإلكتروني في مراكز الرعاية النهارية للعام التأهيلي 1448هـ، بعد نحو 4 أسابيع من إتاحة التقديم عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للمستفيدين الراغبين في الالتحاق بالخدمة.
وأكدت الوزارة أن التسجيل يقتصر على الفئات المستحقة وفق الضوابط المنظمة، وتشمل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية المتوسطة أو الشديدة ممن تنطبق عليهم الاشتراطات الصحية والتنظيمية، وأن يكونوا من السعوديين، أو أبناء المواطنات، أو من الفئات المسموح لها بالتقديم وفق الأنظمة، مع استكمال جميع المتطلبات خلال الفترة المحددة.
العام التأهيلي الجديد
وأوضحت أن إجراءات التقديم تتم إلكترونياً عبر خدمة «إشعارات أهلية القبول بمراكز الرعاية النهارية»، بما يتيح للمستفيدين اختيار المركز المناسب، واستكمال البيانات، ومتابعة حالة الطلب دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة الفروع، في إطار تعزيز التحول الرقمي وتيسير الوصول إلى خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية.
وبيّنت الوزارة أن العام التأهيلي الجديد يمتد 34 أسبوعاً، ويبدأ في 30 أغسطس 2026، ويتضمن فصلين تأهيليين، فيما خُصصت الفترة من 26 إلى 30 يوليو الجاري لاستقبال طلبات التنقل بين المراكز للراغبين في تغيير جهة الاستفادة، وفق الضوابط المعتمدة.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن جهود الوزارة لتطوير خدمات التأهيل والرعاية النهارية، والارتقاء بجودة البرامج المقدمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بما يسهم في تعزيز اندماجهم في المجتمع، وتمكينهم من الاستفادة من الخدمات التأهيلية والتعليمية والاجتماعية في بيئة متخصصة، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has closed the electronic registration for daycare centers for the rehabilitation year 1448 AH today (Thursday), after about 4 weeks of making applications available through the electronic portal for beneficiaries wishing to join the service.
The ministry confirmed that registration is limited to eligible categories according to the organized regulations, which include individuals with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities who meet the health and regulatory conditions, and must be Saudi nationals, or children of Saudi women, or from the categories permitted to apply according to the regulations, with all requirements completed within the specified period.
The New Rehabilitation Year
It clarified that the application procedures are conducted electronically through the "Acceptance Eligibility Notifications for Daycare Centers" service, allowing beneficiaries to choose the appropriate center, complete the data, and track the application status without the need to visit branches, as part of enhancing digital transformation and facilitating access to social care services.
The ministry indicated that the new rehabilitation year lasts for 34 weeks, starting on August 30, 2026, and includes two rehabilitation semesters, while the period from July 26 to July 30 of this year has been designated for receiving transfer requests between centers for those wishing to change their service provider, according to the approved regulations.
This step is part of the ministry's efforts to develop rehabilitation and daycare services and improve the quality of programs offered to individuals with disabilities, contributing to enhancing their integration into society and enabling them to benefit from rehabilitation, educational, and social services in a specialized environment, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
