أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للمقيّمين المعتمدين «تقييم» انتهاء المرحلة الانتقالية الممنوحة للممارسين في فرع تقييم المعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة للحصول على ترخيص مزاولة مهنة التقييم اليوم (الاربعاء) 01 /07 /2026 وأكدت الهيئة أن ممارسة أعمال التقييم في فرع المعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة بعد انتهاء المهلة النظامية المحددة أصبحت مقتصرة على الحاصلين على ترخيص مزاولة المهنة، وفقًا للأنظمة واللوائح المنظمة لمهنة التقييم.
وأوضحت «تقييم» أن المرحلة الانتقالية أسهمت في تمكين الممارسين من استيفاء المتطلبات النظامية وممارسة أعمال التقييم خلال فترة السماح، واستكمال متطلبات الترخيص، بما يدعم تنظيم القطاع ورفع مستوى الامتثال المهني.
وشددت الهيئة على أهمية الالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية لممارسة المهنة، مشددة على أن ممارسة النشاط دون الحصول على الترخيص اللازم تُعد مخالفة تستوجب اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية في حق المخالف، مؤكدةً أن انتهاء المرحلة الانتقالية تأتي ضمن جهود الهيئة الرامية إلى تعزيز موثوقية مخرجات التقييم، ورفع جودة الممارسة المهنية، وتنظيم قطاع تقييم المعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة بما يواكب أفضل الممارسات المهنية.
The Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers "Taqeem" announced the end of the transitional period granted to practitioners in the field of valuing precious metals and gemstones to obtain a license to practice the profession of valuation today (Wednesday) 01/07/2026. The authority confirmed that practicing valuation work in the field of precious metals and gemstones after the expiration of the specified legal deadline is restricted to those who hold a license to practice the profession, in accordance with the regulations and laws governing the profession of valuation.
Taqeem clarified that the transitional period contributed to enabling practitioners to meet the regulatory requirements and practice valuation work during the grace period, and to complete the licensing requirements, which supports the organization of the sector and raises the level of professional compliance.
The authority emphasized the importance of adhering to the regulatory requirements for practicing the profession, stressing that engaging in activities without obtaining the necessary license constitutes a violation that necessitates taking legal action against the violator. It affirmed that the end of the transitional period is part of the authority's efforts to enhance the reliability of valuation outputs, improve the quality of professional practice, and organize the sector of valuing precious metals and gemstones in line with the best professional practices.
