كشفت وزارة الحج والعمرة الحالات التي يحق فيها لحجاج الداخل من المواطنين والمقيمين استرداد قيمة حجز الباقات.
وحصرت الوزارة الحالات في 4: الوفاة للمتقدم الرئيسي أو الزوجة في حالة الوفاة، الحالة الثانية الحوادث المرورية التي تمنع أداء الفريضة مع تقديم التقارير والشهادات من الجهات الرسمية لإثبات ذلك، والثالثة الحوادث الجنائية التي تمنع من أداء الفريضة مع تقديم المستندات والتقارير التي تثبت الحالة والواقعة وتاريخها، والحالة الرابعة العجز الصحي أو التنويم في المستشفى ويتم إثباته بتقرير صادر من مستشفى حكومي أو مستشفى خاص مصدق من الشؤون الصحية.
وكانت وزارة الحج أطلقت المرحلة الثانية من إجراءات تسجيل حجاج الداخل للمقاعد المخصّصة للمواطنين والمقيمين لدى الشركات المعتمدة لموسم حج 1447هـ، وتضمنت الباقات المخيمات المطوّرة، مخيمات الضيافة، الأبراج الستة، وأبراج كدانة. وشددت أن أولوية التسجيل للراغبين الذين لم يسبق لهم أداء فريضة الحج، وإتاحة الحجز لاحقاً للمؤهلين الآخرين في حال توفر مقاعد، بما في ذلك فئة المَحرَم.
شروط للتسجيل
واشترطت وزارة الحج للتسجيل ألا يقل عمر المتقدم عن 15 عاماً ميلادياً، والالتزام بالاشتراطات الصحية المعتمدة. وللمقيمين: يشترط أن تكون الإقامة سارية المفعول، وتُمنح الأولوية لمن صدرت إقامتهم قبل أكثر من سنة ميلادية. وشددت الوزارة على أن إجراءات التعاقد تتم حصرياً عبر الشركات المرخصة والمدرجة في تطبيق نسك، وأن التسجيل يجب أن يتم من قِبل الحاج نفسه من خلال إنشاء حساب، واستكمال البيانات، والتحقق من الأهلية، ثم اختيار الباقة المناسبة وسداد الرسوم عبر نظام سداد لإصدار تصريح الحج.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has revealed the cases in which domestic pilgrims, both citizens and residents, are entitled to refund the value of their package reservations.
The ministry identified four cases: the death of the main applicant or the spouse in the event of death; the second case involves traffic accidents that prevent the performance of the pilgrimage, with the submission of reports and certificates from official authorities to prove this; the third case pertains to criminal incidents that prevent the performance of the pilgrimage, with the submission of documents and reports that prove the situation and the incident along with its date; and the fourth case is health incapacity or hospitalization, which must be proven by a report issued by a government hospital or a private hospital certified by health authorities.
The Ministry of Hajj has launched the second phase of the registration procedures for domestic pilgrims for the seats allocated to citizens and residents with approved companies for the Hajj season of 1447 AH. The packages include developed camps, hospitality tents, the six towers, and the Kadaan towers. It emphasized that priority for registration is given to those who have not previously performed the pilgrimage, with reservations later available for other eligible individuals if seats are available, including the category of Mahram.
Conditions for Registration
The Ministry of Hajj stipulated that the applicant's age must be at least 15 years old, and compliance with the approved health requirements is mandatory. For residents: it is required that the residency is valid, and priority is given to those whose residency was issued more than a year ago. The ministry stressed that contracting procedures are exclusively conducted through licensed companies listed in the Nusuk application, and that registration must be done by the pilgrim themselves by creating an account, completing the data, verifying eligibility, then selecting the appropriate package and paying the fees through the Sada system to issue the Hajj permit.
