أعلنت الهيئة العامة للعقار قرب انتهاء المهلة المحددة للتسجيل العيني الأول للعقار لـ8,888 قطعة عقارية بمحافظة الدرعية في منطقة الرياض، و7,925 قطعة عقارية في 16 حياً بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، و15,133 قطعة عقارية في 14 حياً بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، وذلك بنهاية يوم الخميس 30 رمضان 1447هـ، الموافق 19 مارس 2026.
وبينت أنّ التسجيل العيني للعقار سينتهي في الأحياء التالية في مكة المكرمة: مخططات ريفان 1، 2، 3، 4، ومخططات الياسمين 1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 6، 7، 8، 9، 10، وينتهي التسجيل في الأحياء التالية بمحافظة جدة: حي الفنار، حي الفردوس، والأحياء التالية في المدينة المنورة: جزء من حي العصبة، جزء من حي الدرع، جزء من حي المصانع، جزء من حي الراية، جزء من حي الخاتم، جزء من حي الفتح، جزء من حي بني حارثة، حي العريض، حي الخالدية، حي الإسكان، جزء من حي وادي مهزور، جزء من حي الشـريبات، جزء من حي بني عبد الأشهل، جزء من حي وادي مذينب.
ودعت الهيئة ملاك العقارات الواقعة ضمن نطاق الأحياء إلى سرعة المبادرة بتسجيل عقاراتهم من خلال منصة السجل العقاري قبل انتهاء مدة التسجيل للاستفادة من خدمات تنفيذ التصرفات العقارية وتوثيق جميع التغييرات التي تطرأ على العقار.
وأوضحت أنّ السجل العقاري سيصدر «رقم عقار» وصك تسجيل ملكية لكل وحدة عقارية تُسجل، ويتضمن صك تسجيل الملكية الجديد الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق للعقار وبيانات مالكه وأوصافه وحالته وما يتبعه من حقوق والتزامات وجميع التصرفات العقارية التي تطرأ عليه؛ ليكون أساساً في توثيق الملكية والحقوق العقارية المترتبة عليها، بما يُسهم في استدامة وتعزيز القطاع العقاري والممكنات الرئيسة له.
وأكدت الهيئة أنّ عدم تسجيل العقارات خلال المدة المحددة في قرار الإعلان، يُعرّض ملاكها للغرامات الواردة في نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار التي تحددها لجنة مختصة بالنظر في المخالفات.
The General Authority for Real Estate has announced the nearing end of the deadline for the first land registration of 8,888 real estate plots in the Al-Dar'yah Governorate in the Riyadh Region, 7,925 real estate plots in 16 neighborhoods in the Makkah Region, and 15,133 real estate plots in 14 neighborhoods in the Madinah Region, which will conclude at the end of Thursday, 30 Ramadan 1447 AH, corresponding to March 19, 2026.
It clarified that the land registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Makkah: Rifan Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, and Jasmine Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The registration will also end in the following neighborhoods in Jeddah: Al-Fanar neighborhood, Al-Firdaws neighborhood, and in the following neighborhoods in Madinah: part of Al-Asbah neighborhood, part of Al-Dira' neighborhood, part of Al-Masane' neighborhood, part of Al-Rayah neighborhood, part of Al-Khatim neighborhood, part of Al-Fath neighborhood, part of Bani Haritha neighborhood, Al-Areedh neighborhood, Al-Khalidiya neighborhood, Al-Iskan neighborhood, part of Wadi Mahzur neighborhood, part of Al-Shuraybat neighborhood, part of Bani Abd Al-Ashhal neighborhood, and part of Wadi Muthaybib neighborhood.
The authority urged property owners located within the neighborhoods to promptly register their properties through the Real Estate Registration Platform before the registration period ends, in order to benefit from the services of executing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
It explained that the real estate register will issue a "Property Number" and a title deed for each registered real estate unit, which will include the precise geographical location of the property, the owner's data, its descriptions, status, and any associated rights and obligations, as well as all real estate transactions that occur on it; this will serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights arising from it, contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
The authority confirmed that failing to register properties within the specified period in the announcement decision will expose their owners to the fines stipulated in the land registration system, as determined by a specialized committee reviewing violations.
