اختتمت المملكة العربية السعودية مشاركتها في معرض MIPIM بمدينة كان الفرنسية تحت مظلة «استثمر في السعودية»، وقد استعرضت منظومة الاستثمار السعودية خلال المعرض مجموعة من الفرص النوعية للمستثمرين والشركات في القطاع العقاري، في ظل التحول المتسارع الذي يشهده القطاع وتنامي جاذبيته للمستثمرين المحليين والدوليين.
وشهد الجناح السعودي مشاركة واسعة من الجهات الحكومية والشركات الكبرى، وقد أبرزت هذه الجهات جهود المملكة في تطوير المجتمعات العمرانية وتعزيز الخدمات السكنية، إلى جانب استعراض مشاريعها التطويرية الرائدة.
وأكدت المشاركة السعودية مكانة المملكة المتنامية كإحدى أهم الوجهات الاستثمارية العالمية في القطاع العقاري، مدعومة بإصلاحات تنظيمية وتشريعية نوعية؛ من أبرزها نظام تملك غير السعوديين للعقار، الذي يسهم في تعزيز جاذبية السوق السعودية وفتح آفاق جديدة للشراكات والاستثمارات الدولية.
كما سلطت المملكة الضوء على الفرص الاستثمارية المرتبطة بالمشروعات الوطنية الكبرى والفعاليات العالمية المرتقبة، وفي مقدمتها استضافة الرياض لمعرض إكسبو 2030 وكأس العالم لكرة القدم 2034، إضافة إلى ما تشهده المدن السعودية من تطور متسارع في البنية التحتية، واعتماد التقنيات الذكية، وتبني مبادرات الاستدامة.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concluded its participation in the MIPIM exhibition in the French city of Cannes under the umbrella of "Invest in Saudi Arabia." During the exhibition, the Saudi investment ecosystem showcased a range of quality opportunities for investors and companies in the real estate sector, amid the rapid transformation the sector is witnessing and the growing attractiveness for local and international investors.
The Saudi pavilion saw wide participation from government entities and major companies, highlighting the Kingdom's efforts in developing urban communities and enhancing housing services, alongside showcasing its pioneering development projects.
The Saudi participation affirmed the Kingdom's growing position as one of the most important global investment destinations in the real estate sector, supported by significant regulatory and legislative reforms; among the most notable is the system allowing non-Saudis to own property, which contributes to enhancing the attractiveness of the Saudi market and opening new horizons for international partnerships and investments.
The Kingdom also highlighted investment opportunities linked to major national projects and upcoming global events, foremost among them Riyadh's hosting of Expo 2030 and the 2034 FIFA World Cup, in addition to the rapid development of infrastructure in Saudi cities, the adoption of smart technologies, and the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
