أمهل المركز الوطني للتعليم الإلكتروني الجهات المقدِّمة للتعليم والتدريب الإلكتروني في المملكة 30 يوم عمل لاستكمال الربط التقني مع المنصة الوطنية للتعليم الإلكتروني (FutureX)، قبل تاريخ 31 مارس 2026، امتثالاً لمتطلبات لائحة التعليم الإلكتروني.
ووفق رصد «عكاظ»، تشترط المادة السابعة من لائحة التعليم الإلكتروني على الجهات التي تقدّم مقررات وبرامج تعليمية أو تدريبية بنمط التعليم الإلكتروني في السعودية التكامل التقني مع المنصة الوطنية للتعليم الإلكتروني.
شروط ومتطلبات
الربط التقني يُعَدّ من المتطلبات التنظيمية للجهات التي تقدم برامج أو مقررات بنمط التعليم الإلكتروني.
وتشترط المادة التاسعة من القواعد التنفيذية للائحة التعليم الإلكتروني لإصدار ترخيص لبرنامج مقدم بأحد أنماط التعليم الإلكتروني الواردة في المادة الثامنة الوفاء بمعايير ومتطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني الصادرة عن المركز من خلال المنصة الوطنية للتعليم الإلكتروني، وقيام الجهة بالتكامل التقني ومشاركة البيانات، من خلال الربط التقني مع المنصة الوطنية للتعليم الإلكتروني، وفق الشروط والمتطلبات التي يحددها المركز.

المركز أشار إلى أن استكمال إجراءات الربط في الوقت المحدد يجنّب الجهات تعليق أو إلغاء ترخيص البرامج.
وبيَّن المركز أن الربط التقني يُعَدّ من المتطلبات التنظيمية للجهات التي تقدم برامج أو مقررات بنمط التعليم الإلكتروني، ويسهم في تعزيز تكامل منظومة التعليم الإلكتروني، ورفع جودة البيانات، ودعم كفاءة المتابعة والحوكمة على مستوى القطاع.
وأشار إلى أن استكمال إجراءات الربط في الوقت المحدد يجنّب الجهات تعليق أو إلغاء ترخيص البرامج، وذلك وفقاً لما تنص عليه لائحة التعليم الإلكتروني وقواعدها التنفيذية.
وأكّد المركز أهمية مبادرة الجهات المعنية إلى استكمال متطلبات الربط التقني عبر الرابط: integration.nelc.gov.sa، أو من خلال التواصل عبر القنوات الرسمية، الرقم الموحد (920015991)، أو البريد الإلكتروني: integration@nelc.gov.sa.
The National Center for E-Learning has granted the electronic education and training providers in the Kingdom 30 working days to complete the technical integration with the National E-Learning Platform (FutureX), before the date of March 31, 2026, in compliance with the requirements of the E-Learning Regulation.
According to a report by "Okaz," Article Seven of the E-Learning Regulation requires entities that offer educational or training courses in the electronic education format in Saudi Arabia to achieve technical integration with the National E-Learning Platform.
Conditions and Requirements
الربط التقني يُعَدّ من المتطلبات التنظيمية للجهات التي تقدم برامج أو مقررات بنمط التعليم الإلكتروني.
Article Nine of the executive rules of the E-Learning Regulation stipulates that to issue a license for a program offered in one of the electronic education formats mentioned in Article Eight, the entity must meet the standards and requirements for e-learning issued by the center through the National E-Learning Platform, and the entity must achieve technical integration and data sharing through the technical linkage with the National E-Learning Platform, according to the conditions and requirements specified by the center.

The center indicated that technical integration is considered one of the regulatory requirements for entities that provide programs or courses in the electronic education format, contributing to enhancing the integration of the e-learning system, improving data quality, and supporting the efficiency of monitoring and governance at the sector level.
It pointed out that completing the integration procedures on time will prevent entities from suspending or canceling program licenses, in accordance with what is stipulated in the E-Learning Regulation and its executive rules.
