أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة آلية عمل شركات حجاج الداخل لموسم 1447، مؤكدةً أن عدد المنشآت المرخصة بلغ 178 منشأة، مع تخصيص 114 موقعاً في المشاعر المقدسة، واستمرار العمل بنظام التشارك في المواقع الكبيرة؛ لضمان استفادة أكبر عدد من الشركات.
وشددت الوزارة على ضرورة توقيع اتفاقيات التشارك فور انتهاء المفاضلة، مؤكدةً أن عدم الالتزام يؤدي إلى إلغاء التخصيص ومنع المنشأة من دخول مفاضلة هذا العام، إضافة إلى حظر مشاركتها مستقبلاً في المواقع التشاركية عند المخالفة.
كما أعلنت الوزارة تحديث منهجية تقييم الأداء لدعم المنشآت المتميزة، وعدم السماح بدخول المفاضلة لأي منشأة لديها مستحقات غير مسددة أو تأخير في توزيع الحصص أو نشرها على المنصة، مع تطبيق إجراء سحب الموقع فوراً عند الإخلال بالمهمات التشغيلية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المفاضلة ستكون متاحة لجميع المنشآت للحصول على موقع واحد فقط، وستتم عبر ثلاث مراحل تشمل المنشآت المستثناة، ومنشآت الأبراج، ومنشآت المخيمات، مع اللجوء إلى القرعة عند تساوي درجات التقييم. كما تم استبعاد منشآت موسم 1442، التي شاركت بأسلوب التحالفات لكونه موسماً استثنائياً.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the operational mechanism for domestic pilgrim companies for the 1447 season, confirming that the number of licensed establishments has reached 178, with 114 locations allocated in the holy sites, and the continuation of the shared location system in large sites to ensure that the maximum number of companies benefit.
The ministry emphasized the necessity of signing sharing agreements immediately after the selection process, stressing that non-compliance will lead to the cancellation of the allocation and prevent the establishment from participating in this year's selection, in addition to prohibiting its future participation in shared locations in case of violations.
The ministry also announced an update to the performance evaluation methodology to support distinguished establishments, and will not allow any establishment with unpaid dues or delays in distributing or publishing quotas on the platform to enter the selection process, with immediate withdrawal of the location applied in case of operational task breaches.
The ministry clarified that the selection will be available to all establishments to obtain only one location, and will take place in three phases that include exempted establishments, tower establishments, and camp establishments, resorting to a lottery in case of equal evaluation scores. Establishments from the 1442 season that participated through alliances have been excluded as it was an exceptional season.
