تولي المملكة العربية السعودية خدمة الحرمين الشريفين أولوية قصوى، وتسخّر إمكاناتها البشرية والتنظيمية كافة، لأمن وسلامة قاصديهما، من خلال منظومات تُعنى بتوفير الخدمات والأمن والراحة لضيوف الرحمن ومنها منظومة الأمن، من خلال الحفاظ على قدسية المكان وسلامة الحجاج والمعتمرين والزوار والمصلين؛ وذلك بضمان انسيابية الحركة، وفك الاختناقات البشرية، والتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة، والالتزام بالتعليمات الشرعية والتنظيمية داخل الحرمين الشريفين، ومساعدة ضيوف الرحمن، وتقديم الخدمات لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والتدخل السريع من خلال التعامل مع المواقف الطارئة ومنها منع أي سلوكيات مخالفة لحُرمة المسجدين الشريفين.
تجسد جهود رجال الأمن في الحرمين الشريفين، مزيجاً فريداً من الكفاءة المهنية العالية والجانب الإنساني النبيل، فيجمعون بين تطبيق النظام وتقديم العون والانفراد بالعمل الإنساني الفريد، ويعكسون صورة مشرقة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن في أقدس بقاع الأرض.
وتمتاز الأجهزة الأمنية في الحرمين الشريفين بالتعامل مع ضيوف الرحمن لحظة دخولهم المسجدين الشريفين وحتى مغادرتهم لهما، ويعد رجال الأمن في الحرمين نموذجاً مشرفاً بتأدية مهماتهم بروح المسؤولية؛ لسلامة ضيوف الرحمين، ولاشك أن إصابة رجل الأمن أثناء محاولته إنقاذ شخص حاول السقوط من مرتفعات المسجد الحرام يؤكد حجم التضحيات التي يقدمها رجال الأمن في أداء واجبهم، تتمثل في صور إنسانية رائعة تمثل إخلاص رجال الأمن لتأدية واجبهم الإسلامي والإنساني، والعمل على خدمة ضيوف الرحمن على مدار الساعة وسط يقظة عالية وحسّ إنساني.
وتعكس سرعة التدخل ونقل المصابين لتلقي الرعاية الطبية داخل الحرمين الشريفين، البعد الإنساني للمملكة في التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة، التي تؤكد عليها عدسات الإعلام من خلال نقلها في مشاهد إنسانية معبّرة تجلت فيها مواقف نبيلة في مختلف أصعدة الحرمين الشريفين والمشاعر المقدسة.
هذه المشاعر وهذه الخدمات التي يقدمها رجال الأمن بتوجيهات من القيادة، وأيضاً تأتي لتقول إن المواطن السعودي نذر نفسه لخدمة الحرمين الشريفين مهما كانت المواقف حتى إن استدعى الأمر التضحية بالنفس، وهو ما أكد عليها وزير الحج والعمرة الدكتور توفيق الربيعة، من خلال فخره، وتدوينه على صفحته الرسمية (X) على شجاعة رجال الأمن، واصفاً أنهم مصدر الفخر للمملكة لشجاعتهم والتزامهم ويقظتهم.
فيما نوّه رئيس الشؤون الدينية بالمسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن السديس، بجهود رجال الأمن البواسل، وما يبذلونه من حرصٍ ويقظةٍ دائمة في حفظ أمن الحرمين الشريفين، وضمان سلامة القاصدين، ومنع أي خطر قد يهدد أرواحهم أو أرواح غيرهم، مؤكداً أن ما يضربه رجال الأمن من أروع صور الحرص والمسؤولية، يُعد نموذجاً مشرّفاً لرجل الأمن السعودي، ويعكس رقي تعامله الأخلاقي والإنساني.
The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, praised the courage, dedication, and vigilance of the security personnel, which reflects their commitment to performing their security duties and their heroic actions in every situation that demonstrates high readiness and professional competence in dealing with various emergencies. He highlighted the continuous support and attention that security personnel receive from the leadership in appreciation of their significant efforts and ongoing sacrifices in maintaining the security and safety of the two holy mosques and the guests of the Merciful. He affirmed that this support represents a fundamental motivation to continue giving and excelling in performing security tasks.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia places the service of the two holy mosques as a top priority, utilizing all its human and organizational resources for the security and safety of those who visit them, through systems dedicated to providing services, security, and comfort for the guests of the Merciful, including the security system, which preserves the sanctity of the place and the safety of pilgrims, umrah performers, visitors, and worshippers. This is achieved by ensuring smooth movement, alleviating human congestion, dealing with emergencies, adhering to religious and organizational instructions within the two holy mosques, assisting the guests of the Merciful, providing services to the elderly and those with special needs, and rapid intervention in dealing with emergencies, including preventing any behaviors that violate the sanctity of the two holy mosques.
The efforts of the security personnel in the two holy mosques embody a unique blend of high professional competence and noble humanitarian aspects, as they combine the enforcement of order with providing assistance and engaging in unique humanitarian work, reflecting a bright image of serving the guests of the Merciful in the holiest places on earth.

He emphasized that the exemplary images of care and responsibility demonstrated by the security personnel represent a commendable model of the Saudi security officer, reflecting the sophistication of their ethical and humanitarian dealings.
