تفقد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني المرافق العدلية في منطقة المدينة المنورة، التي شملت محكمة الاستئناف، والمحكمة العمالية والتنفيذ، ومحكمة الأحوال الشخصية، واطلع على سير العمل ومستوى الإنجاز في الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين.
وخلال الزيارة، التقى بعدد من المستفيدين، واستمع إلى ملاحظاتهم واستفساراتهم، ووجّه بسرعة معالجتها بما يسهم في تيسير الإجراءات وتحسين تجربة المستفيدين.
كما التقى بمنسوبي المحاكم، وناقش معهم سير العمل وحاجات المرافق العدلية، بما يُسهم في تحسين تجربة المستفيدين ويعزز موثوقية الخدمات العدلية.
وفي ختام الزيارة، التقى وزير العدل بأمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، إذ جرى استعراض عدد من الموضوعات ذات الصلة بسير العمل العدلي في المنطقة، والإشادة بما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعمٍ كريم من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ومتابعة مستمرة من ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة ضمن المتابعة المستمرة لأعمال المحاكم والمرافق العدلية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بما يسهم في تطوير المنظومة العدلية ورفع جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, inspected the judicial facilities in the Medina region, which included the Court of Appeal, the Labor Court, the Enforcement Court, and the Personal Status Court. He reviewed the workflow and the level of achievement in the services provided to beneficiaries.
During the visit, he met with a number of beneficiaries, listened to their comments and inquiries, and directed that they be addressed promptly to facilitate procedures and improve the beneficiaries' experience.
He also met with court staff and discussed with them the workflow and the needs of the judicial facilities, which contributes to enhancing the beneficiaries' experience and strengthens the reliability of judicial services.
At the end of the visit, the Minister of Justice met with the Emir of the Medina region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, where they reviewed several topics related to the judicial workflow in the region and praised the generous support received by the judicial facility from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the continuous follow-up from the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
This visit is part of the ongoing monitoring of the work of courts and judicial facilities in various regions of the Kingdom, contributing to the development of the judicial system and raising the quality of services provided.
