The decision of the President of the Board of Grievances, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, was issued to appoint Najla Al-Amar as the official spokesperson for the Board of Grievances; to represent it in media meetings and dialogues with visual and audio channels and to interact with them.

This decision by Dr. Al-Yousef came due to Najla's media experience in representing the media work and communicating with media channels and outlets at the Board of Grievances for years, as well as the media expertise she has gained during that time, which qualifies her for the new role as an official spokesperson.

The President of the Board of Grievances also issued a number of decisions to form administrative teams for several general and subsidiary departments within the Board of Grievances, in order to empower national cadres and enhance institutional work across all sectors affiliated with the Board of Grievances.
