عادت عارضة الأزياء العالمية بيلا حديد إلى نيويورك بالتزامن مع أسبوع الموضة، بعد غياب نحو عامين عن أجواء الحدث، لكنها لم تشارك هذه المرة في عروض الأزياء، بل لفتت الأنظار بمجموعة من الإطلالات المستوحاة من أرشيف الموضة.
وبالتعاون مع منسقتها ميمي كاتريل، اختارت حديد قطعاً تعود إلى حقب مختلفة، من بينها فستان حريري بلون اللؤلؤ من مجموعة برادا لربيع 1998، نسقته مع حذاء أحمر من الدار نفسها وحقيبة برادا أرشيفية ونظارات شمسية بإطار بيضاوي، في إطلالة استحضرت بوضوح جماليات التسعينيات.
كما ظهرت بفستان من فالنتينو يعود إلى مجموعة ربيع 1996، بتفاصيل ناعمة عند الصدر، ونسقته مع سترة حريرية قصيرة باللون الأصفر الفاتح وحقيبة قديمة مزينة بتفاصيل ذهبية.
أما الإطلالة الأكثر بريقاً فجاءت خلال احتفال شوبارد في نيويورك، حيث ارتدت فستاناً فضياً مرصعاً بالكريستال من مجموعة رالف لورين لربيع 2008، وهو تصميم ظهر للمرة الأولى على منصة العرض ضمن عرض احتفالي بمرور 40 عاماً على الدار. وأكملت اللوك بمجوهرات من شوبارد وحقيبة صغيرة لامعة وحذاء ساتان.
ولم تقتصر عودة حديد على الفساتين الأرشيفية، إذ ظهرت أيضاً بإطلالة عملية من فستان تريكو رمادي فوق قميص أبيض، مع عقد قديم من جيفنشي وحذاء من فالنتينو، في تنسيق أعاد إلى الواجهة أجواء «أناقة المكتب» المستوحاة من تسعينيات القرن الماضي.
International model Bella Hadid returned to New York coinciding with Fashion Week, after nearly two years away from the event's atmosphere, but this time she did not participate in the fashion shows; instead, she drew attention with a series of looks inspired by fashion archives.
In collaboration with her stylist Mimi Katri, Hadid chose pieces from different eras, including a pearl-colored silk dress from Prada's Spring 1998 collection, which she paired with red shoes from the same brand, an archival Prada bag, and oval-frame sunglasses, in a look that clearly evoked the aesthetics of the 1990s.
She also appeared in a dress from Valentino dating back to the Spring 1996 collection, featuring soft details at the chest, which she styled with a light yellow silk short jacket and an old bag adorned with golden details.
The most dazzling look came during the Chopard celebration in New York, where she wore a silver dress embellished with crystals from Ralph Lauren's Spring 2008 collection, a design that first appeared on the runway during a celebratory show marking the 40th anniversary of the brand. She completed the look with jewelry from Chopard, a shiny small bag, and satin shoes.
Hadid's return was not limited to archival dresses, as she also appeared in a practical look featuring a gray knit dress over a white shirt, with an old Givenchy necklace and Valentino shoes, in a styling that brought back the vibes of "office elegance" inspired by the 1990s.
