ووفقاً للتوقعات فإن إسهام هذا القطاع قد يصل إلى نحو 2.6% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي خلال السنوات القليلة المقبلة، وهو ما يعكس حضوره المتنامي في المشهد الاقتصادي.
كما يتوقع أن يوفر القطاع ما يقارب 340 ألف فرصة عمل جديدة، الأمر الذي يعزز من دوره محركاً أساسيّاً للتوظيف وتمكين الكفاءات المحلية، لاسيما مع التوجهات الحكومية نحو دعم الصناعات الإبداعية.
ومن المنتظر أن ترتفع القيمة السوقية من 32 مليار دولار حالياً إلى ما يقارب 40 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2029، مدفوعة بزيادة الاستثمارات، وتنامي الطلب المحلي والإقليمي، وتوسع مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل.
هذه المؤشرات تؤكد أن صناعة الموضة في السعودية لم تعد مجرد نشاط تجاري محدود، بل تحولت إلى رافد اقتصادي استراتيجي يعكس مزيجاً من الأصالة والابتكار ويواكب التحولات العالمية.
