أكدت RiotGames أن شخصية Hall of Legends القادمة سيتم الإعلان عنها في مايو 2025، لتكون ثاني لاعب محترف يحصل على هذا التكريم الرفيع.
تمت مشاركة الخبر خلال تحديث المطورين لموسم League of Legends Season 2، حيث اختتم العرض بمقطع تشويقي لما هو قادم.

تم تقديم Hall of Legends في عام 2024 بالتعاون مع Mercedes-Benz، كمبادرة سنوية للاحتفال بأكثر اللاعبين تأثيراً وأيقونية في تاريخ League of Legends، وكان Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok أول من تم تكريمه، مع احتفال خاص تضمّن تذكرة حدث داخل اللعبة، ومظاهر مستوحاة من إرثه - بما في ذلك مظهر فاخر لشخصية Ahri - وحتى سيارة Mercedes-AMG SL 63 مخصصة. وتمت مشاركة جزء من عائدات المحتوى المرتبط بالاحتفال مع Faker.
يمكن للجمهور توقع احتفال مشابه في 2025، رغم أن Riot لم تكشف بعد عن التفاصيل الدقيقة. ومثل السابق، سيتم اختيار الشخصية من خلال لجنة تحكيم تضم ممثلين من البطولات الإقليمية ومجتمع الرياضات الإلكترونية الأوسع، وذلك بناءً على إنجازات اللاعبين على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، وتأثيرهم على المشهد العام، وأكثر من ذلك.
Riot Games has confirmed that the upcoming Hall of Legends character will be announced in May 2025, making them the second professional player to receive this prestigious honor.
The news was shared during the developer update for League of Legends Season 2, where the presentation concluded with a teaser for what’s to come.
Andrei van Roon, Head of League Studio at Riot Games, said in May: “We will celebrate another professional player who has made their mark in League. This player will join the Hall of Legends. They have inspired the next generation of players, and we look forward to giving them the recognition they deserve.”
The Hall of Legends was introduced in 2024 in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, as an annual initiative to celebrate the most influential and iconic players in League of Legends history, with Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok being the first to be honored, in a special celebration that included an in-game event ticket, skins inspired by his legacy - including a luxurious skin for Ahri - and even a custom Mercedes-AMG SL 63. A portion of the proceeds from the content related to the celebration was shared with Faker.
The audience can expect a similar celebration in 2025, although Riot has not yet revealed the specific details. Like before, the character will be selected by a panel of judges that includes representatives from regional tournaments and the broader esports community, based on players' achievements at both regional and international levels, their impact on the overall scene, and more.
