أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر يونيو 2026 ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي.
وتم تحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 10.576 مليار ريال، وفق بيان صدر عن المركز.
وقُسمت الإصدارات الجديدة إلى 6 شرائح، هي:
- الشريحة الأولى: بحجم 4.697 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2029
- الشريحة الثانية: بحجم 2.121 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2031
- الشريحة الثالثة: بحجم 1.022 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2033
- الشريحة الرابعة: بحجم 1.645 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2036
- الشريحة الخامسة: بحجم 321 مليون ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2039
- الشريحة السادسة: بحجم 770 مليون ريال لصكوك تُستحق في 2041
The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for June 2026 as part of the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk program in Saudi Riyals.
The total allocation size was set at 10.576 billion Riyals, according to a statement issued by the center.
The new issuances were divided into 6 tranches, which are:
- Tranche One: with a size of 4.697 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2029
- Tranche Two: with a size of 2.121 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2031
- Tranche Three: with a size of 1.022 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2033
- Tranche Four: with a size of 1.645 billion Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2036
- Tranche Five: with a size of 321 million Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2039
- Tranche Six: with a size of 770 million Riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2041
