التقى الرئيس التنفيذي للسجل العقاري الدكتور محمد السليمان، أعضاء جمعية كتاب الرأي في مدينة جدة، وذلك ضمن جهود السجل العقاري في تعزيز التواصل مع الكُتّاب والإعلاميين، وبحث سبل دعم الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية التسجيل العيني للعقار.
وشهد اللقاء استعراض أبرز التطورات التي يشهدها السجل العقاري في التحول من نظام التوثيق إلى التسجيل العيني للعقار، والدور الذي يؤديه في حفظ الحقوق وتعزيز موثوقية التعاملات العقارية، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على التقدم المحقق في بناء السجل العقاري الرقمي الشامل على مستوى المملكة.
كما تناول اللقاء أهمية الشراكة مع المؤسسات الإعلامية وكتاب الرأي في نشر المعرفة ورفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية التسجيل العيني للعقار، والتعريف بالخدمات الرقمية التي يتيحها السجل العقاري للمستفيدين، بما يسهم في دعم الشفافية وتطوير القطاع العقاري وفق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء استمراراً لأنشطة التواصل التي ينفذها السجل العقاري مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، بهدف تعزيز التكامل وتحقيق الأثر الإيجابي في السوق العقاري والمجتمع.
The CEO of the Real Estate Registry, Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, met with members of the Opinion Writers Association in the city of Jeddah, as part of the Real Estate Registry's efforts to enhance communication with writers and media professionals, and to discuss ways to support community awareness of the importance of property registration.
The meeting witnessed a presentation of the key developments taking place in the Real Estate Registry's transition from a documentation system to property registration, and the role it plays in preserving rights and enhancing the reliability of real estate transactions, in addition to highlighting the progress made in building a comprehensive digital real estate registry at the national level.
The meeting also addressed the importance of partnership with media institutions and opinion writers in disseminating knowledge and raising awareness of the importance of property registration, and introducing the digital services provided by the Real Estate Registry to beneficiaries, which contributes to supporting transparency and developing the real estate sector in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
This meeting is a continuation of the communication activities carried out by the Real Estate Registry with various government entities and the private sector, aimed at enhancing integration and achieving a positive impact on the real estate market and society.
