نفذت بلدية مدينة الظهران، التابعة لأمانة المنطقة الشرقية، نموذجاً جمالياً متطوراً لأول محل لتعبئة الغاز؛ بهدف تعزيز المشهد الحضري وتوفير بيئة أكثر أماناً وراحة للمواطنين والمقيمين، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتحسين جودة الحياة والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة.
ويأتي هذا المشروع ضمن حزمة من المبادرات التي تطلقها البلدية لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، من خلال تطوير المرافق الخدمية ودمج البعد الجمالي في البنية التحتية، بما يسهم في تحسين تجربة السكان والزوار، وتعزيز معايير السلامة.
من جانبه، أوضح رئيس بلدية مدينة الظهران المهندس فيصل بن عبدالهادي القحطاني بأن النموذج الجديد تضمن إعادة تصميم الواجهة الخارجية للمحل، إلى جانب تطوير المساحات المحيطة به باستخدام مواد حديثة تتماشى مع الهوية العمرانية للمدينة.
وأشار إلى أن المبادرة لا تقتصر فقط على تجميل المظهر، بل تهدف إلى تحويل مواقع الخدمات العامة مثل محلات تعبئة الغاز إلى بيئات حضرية متكاملة تعكس تطور المدينة واهتمامها براحة السكان وجودة المشهد العام.
وأكد المهندس القحطاني أن العمل جارٍٍ على تعميم هذا النموذج مستقبلاً على مواقع مماثلة ضمن خطة شاملة لتحسين وتطوير مكونات المدينة، بما يواكب تطلعات السكان ويدعم توجهات الأمانة في تحسين الخدمات البلدية وفق أعلى المعايير.
The Municipality of Dhahran City, affiliated with the Eastern Province Municipality, has implemented an advanced aesthetic model for the first gas filling station; aimed at enhancing the urban landscape and providing a safer and more comfortable environment for citizens and residents, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life and elevate the level of services provided.
This project is part of a package of initiatives launched by the municipality to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by developing service facilities and integrating aesthetic dimensions into the infrastructure, which contributes to improving the experience of residents and visitors, and enhancing safety standards.
For his part, the Mayor of Dhahran City, Engineer Faisal bin Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, explained that the new model includes redesigning the external facade of the station, in addition to developing the surrounding areas using modern materials that align with the architectural identity of the city.
He pointed out that the initiative is not limited to beautifying the appearance, but aims to transform public service locations such as gas filling stations into integrated urban environments that reflect the city's development and its concern for the comfort of residents and the quality of the overall scene.
Engineer Al-Qahtani confirmed that work is underway to generalize this model in the future to similar locations as part of a comprehensive plan to improve and develop the components of the city, in line with the aspirations of residents and to support the municipality's efforts in enhancing municipal services according to the highest standards.
