أعلنت شركة تداول السعودية عن تطبيق تعديلات على نطاقات وحدات التغيّر السعري للأوراق المالية المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية «تاسي» والموازية «نمو» باستثناء أدوات الدين.
وأوضحت في بيان لها على تداول، أن هذه التغييرات تسهم في تعزيز قدرة تداول السعودية على مواكبة المعايير الدولية المعتمدة، ومن المقرر أن يبدأ العمل بها اعتباراً من يوم 29 يونيو 2025.
وأضافت أن التعديلات الجديدة تتضمن توسيع نطاق تطبيق وحدات التغير السعري، وإضافة نطاق إضافي للأوراق المالية التي يبلغ سعرها 500 ريال أو أعلى، وذلك بهدف الحفاظ على مستويات مناسبة للفارق السعري ضمن مختلف نطاقات الأسعار.
وأعلنت شركة تداول السعودية إلغاء جميع الأوامر القائمة بنهاية التداول بعد إغلاق السوق اليوم (الخميس) الموافق 26/06/2025 وذلك استعداداً لتطبيق التعديلات على نطاقات وحدات التغيّر السعري للأوراق المالية المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية ونمو – السوق الموازية.
ووفقا للتعديلات سيصبح التغير السعري لأي سهم سعره 24.99 ريال أو أقل بمقدار هللة واحدة، أما إذا بلغ سعر السهم ما بين 25 حتى 49.98 ريال فيتحرك بمقدار هللتين بين كل سعر وآخر، وإذا أصبح سعر السهم ما بين 50 - 99.95 ريال سيتحرك بواقع 5 هللات، أما إذا كان السهم بقيمة تراوح بين 100 - 249.9 ريال سيتحرك بواقع 10 هللات، وسيرتفع مقدار التغير إلى 20 هللة للأسهم ما بين 250 - 499.8 ريال، أما الأسهم التي تتجاوز 500 ريال ستتغير بين كل سعر وآخر بمقدار خمسين هللة.
The Saudi Exchange announced the implementation of amendments to the price change unit ranges for listed securities in the main market "TASI" and the parallel market "Nomu," excluding debt instruments.
It clarified in a statement on Tadawul that these changes contribute to enhancing the Saudi Exchange's ability to keep pace with the adopted international standards, and it is scheduled to come into effect starting from June 29, 2025.
It added that the new amendments include expanding the scope of the price change unit application and adding an additional range for securities priced at 500 riyals or higher, aiming to maintain appropriate levels for the price difference across various price ranges.
The Saudi Exchange announced the cancellation of all existing orders at the end of trading after the market closes today (Thursday), June 26, 2025, in preparation for the implementation of the amendments to the price change unit ranges for listed securities in the main market and Nomu – the parallel market.
According to the amendments, the price change for any stock priced at 24.99 riyals or less will be by one halala, while if the stock price is between 25 and 49.98 riyals, it will move by two halalas between each price point. If the stock price is between 50 - 99.95 riyals, it will move by 5 halalas, and if the stock is valued between 100 - 249.9 riyals, it will move by 10 halalas. The amount of change will increase to 20 halalas for stocks priced between 250 - 499.8 riyals, while stocks exceeding 500 riyals will change by fifty halalas between each price point.
