أوضحت وزارة التجارة، اشتراطات التأكيد السنوي لبيانات السجل التجاري للشركات، وهي أن يكون السجل التجاري نشطاً، ووجود ترخيص استثماري ساري المفعول للشركة الأجنبية بمدة لا تقل عن (30) يوماً، وأن يتم استيفاء اشتراطات خدمة تحديث بيانات السجل التجاري الرئيسي للشركة في حال التحديث.
وبينت أن خطوات التأكيد السنوي لبيانات السجل التجاري تتم إلكترونياً دون الحاجة إلى زيارة مراكز الخدمة، وذلك عبر «منصة الأعمال»: business.sa، ويتم التأكيد السنوي لبيانات السجل التجاري وفقاً لنظام السجل التجاري الجديد ولائحته التنفيذية إلكترونياً بعد مرور عام من تاريخ قيد السجل التجاري، وفي حال عدم تأكيد بيانات السجل خلال (90) يوماً من موعد التأكيد يتم تعليق السجل التجاري، وفي حال لم يتم التأكيد السنوي لبيانات السجل التجاري خلال عام من تعليقه، يتم شطب قيد السجل التجاري.
The Ministry of Commerce clarified the annual confirmation requirements for the commercial registry data of companies, which include that the commercial registry must be active, and there must be a valid investment license for the foreign company with a duration of no less than (30) days, and that the requirements for updating the main commercial registry data of the company must be met in case of an update.
It indicated that the steps for the annual confirmation of the commercial registry data are done electronically without the need to visit service centers, through the "Business Platform": business.sa. The annual confirmation of the commercial registry data is carried out in accordance with the new commercial registry system and its executive regulations electronically after one year from the date of registration of the commercial registry. If the registry data is not confirmed within (90) days from the confirmation date, the commercial registry will be suspended, and if the annual confirmation of the commercial registry data is not completed within a year of its suspension, the registration of the commercial registry will be canceled.
