أعلن بنك «جيه بي مورغان»، اليوم، إدراج السعودية بمؤشره لديون الأسواق الناشئة بالعملات المحلية، الذي يحظى بمتابعة واسعة، على مدى 10 أشهر تبدأ من 29 يناير 2027. وذلك وفقاً لما نشره موقع «العربية. نت».
متابعة واسعة
وسيؤدي هذا القرار، الذي أُعلن عنه لأول مرة في أبريل الماضي، إلى إدراج الصكوك السيادية المقومة بالريال السعودي في سلسلة مؤشرات السندات الحكومية للأسواق الناشئة التابعة للبنك الاستثماري الأمريكي والتي تحظى بمتابعة واسعة النطاق.
وسيتم إدخال الحصص تدريجياً، ومن المتوقع أن تصل حصة السعودية إلى 2.71% عند اكتمال الإدراج، وهي أعلى قليلاً مما أعلن عنه في الأصل، وسيضيف المؤشر ثمانية صكوك سعودية قيمتها 79 مليار دولار.
تعديل أوسع نطاقاً
ويأتي تحديث «جيه بي مورغان» في إطار تعديل أوسع نطاقاً للمؤشر، والذي سيخفض «السقف القُطري»، وهو الحد الأقصى للحصة التي يمكن لأي دولة واحدة أن تحتلها في المؤشر «المتنوع»، من 10 إلى 9%.
ونتيجة لذلك، سيتم تخفيض حصص الأسواق الرئيسية، ومنها الصين والهند والمكسيك وماليزيا وإندونيسيا، إلى الحد الجديد.

This decision, which was first announced last April, will lead to the inclusion of sovereign sukuk denominated in Saudi riyals in a series of government bond indices for emerging markets managed by the American investment bank, which are widely tracked.
The allocations will be introduced gradually, and it is expected that Saudi Arabia's share will reach 2.71% upon completion of the inclusion, which is slightly higher than originally announced, and the index will add eight Saudi sukuk valued at $79 billion.
Broader Adjustment
The JPMorgan update comes as part of a broader adjustment to the index, which will lower the "country cap," the maximum share that any single country can occupy in the "diversified" index, from 10% to 9%.
As a result, the shares of major markets, including China, India, Mexico, Malaysia, and Indonesia, will be reduced to the new limit.
