زادت مطالبات تأمين المركبات على شركات التأمين في المملكة العربية السعودية بنسبة 22.2% خلال عام 2025 على أساس سنوي، وذلك بحسب ما أظهره التقرير السنوي لقطاع التأمين، الصادر عن هيئة التأمين.
ووفقاً للتقرير، فإن قيمة مطالبات قطاع تأمين المركبات بلغت 12.1 مليار ريال في العام 2025، مقابل 9.9 مليار ريال في العام السابق.
صافي الأقساط
وارتفع إجمالي أقساط التأمين المكتتب بها في قطاع تأمين المركبات بنسبة 12.23% في عام 2025 على أساس سنوي، لتبلغ 15.6 مليار ريال، مقابل 13.9 مليار ريال في العام السابق. وبلغ صافي أقساط التأمين المكتتبة 15.4 مليار ريال، مقابل 13.7 مليار ريال في عام 2024، لتزيد بنسبة 12.4% على أساس سنوي، فيما بلغت إيرادات التأمين 14.4 مليار ريال في 2025 مقابل 14 مليار ريال في العام السابق لتزيد بنسبة 2.86%.
وتوقعت هيئة التأمين أن يواصل تأمين المركبات تحقيق نمو إيجابي على المدى القريب، مدعوماً بزيادة عدد المركبات المؤمّن عليها، والمبادرات الهادفة إلى خفض عدد المركبات غير المؤمّن عليها، والتعديلات الأخيرة في الأقساط، مبينة أن استدامة التعافي ستعتمد على الانضباط في الاكتتاب، إلى جانب احتواء التكاليف في ظل ارتفاع نسبة المصارف المسجلة في عام 2025.
The claims for vehicle insurance increased for insurance companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by 22.2% in 2025 year-on-year, according to the annual report of the insurance sector issued by the Insurance Authority.
According to the report, the value of claims in the vehicle insurance sector reached 12.1 billion riyals in 2025, compared to 9.9 billion riyals in the previous year.
Net Premiums
The total written premiums in the vehicle insurance sector increased by 12.23% in 2025 year-on-year, reaching 15.6 billion riyals, compared to 13.9 billion riyals in the previous year. The net written premiums amounted to 15.4 billion riyals, compared to 13.7 billion riyals in 2024, increasing by 12.4% year-on-year, while insurance revenues reached 14.4 billion riyals in 2025 compared to 14 billion riyals in the previous year, increasing by 2.86%.
The Insurance Authority anticipated that vehicle insurance would continue to achieve positive growth in the near term, supported by an increase in the number of insured vehicles, initiatives aimed at reducing the number of uninsured vehicles, and recent adjustments in premiums, indicating that the sustainability of recovery will depend on underwriting discipline, along with containing costs amid the rising loss ratios recorded in 2025.
