كشف التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي تنشره «تداول» السعودية، أن القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية بلغت 9604.82 مليار ريال بنهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 23 يوليو 2026، بارتفاع نحو 0.74%، وبقيمة تجاوزت 71 مليار ريال، مقارنة بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي
ووفقاً للتقرير، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 4.66% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 23 يوليو 2026. وعلى صعيد تصنيف المستثمر حسب السلوك الاستثماري، ارتفعت ملكية المستثمرين المؤسسيين بنحو 72.3 مليار ريال، لتصل إلى 9192.03 مليار ريال، فيما انخفضت ملكية المستثمرين غير المؤسسيين بنحو 1.16 مليار ريال، لتصل إلى 412.79 مليار ريال.
مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية
أظهر تقرير تداول السعودية أن صافي مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية في السوق الرئيسية بلغ 238.9 مليون ريال خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 23 يوليو 2026. واستحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 40.78% من إجمالي المشتريات، و42.06% من إجمالي المبيعات خلال الأسبوع.
مبيعات السعوديين
بلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد السعوديين نحو 441.2 مليون ريال، نتيجة لضغوط من المستثمرين الأفراد المتخصصين الذين سجلوا صافي مبيعات بنحو 278.2 مليون ريال، وكبار المستثمرين الأفراد بنحو 159 مليون ريال، ومحافظ الأفراد المدارة بنحو 35.1 مليون ريال، مقابل صافي مشتريات للمستثمرين الأفراد بنحو 31.1 مليون ريال. في المقابل، بلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية نحو 513.7 مليون ريال، بدعم من الصناديق الاستثمارية التي سجلت صافي مشتريات بنحو 720.2 مليون ريال، مقابل صافي مبيعات للشركات بنحو 160.4 مليون ريال، والجهات الحكومية بنحو 43.8 مليون ريال، ومحافظ المؤسسات المدارة بنحو 2.4 مليون ريال.
The weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, published by Saudi "Tadawul," revealed that the market capitalization of listed shares in the main market reached 9604.82 billion riyals by the end of the week ending July 23, 2026, an increase of about 0.74%, with a value exceeding 71 billion riyals compared to the previous week.
Foreign Investor Ownership
According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.66% of the total market capitalization of listed shares as of July 23, 2026. In terms of investor classification by investment behavior, institutional investors' ownership increased by approximately 72.3 billion riyals, reaching 9192.03 billion riyals, while non-institutional investors' ownership decreased by about 1.16 billion riyals, reaching 412.79 billion riyals.
Foreign Institutions' Sales
The report from Saudi Tadawul indicated that the net sales of foreign institutions in the main market amounted to 238.9 million riyals during the week ending July 23, 2026. Foreign institutions accounted for 40.78% of total purchases and 42.06% of total sales during the week.
Sales by Saudis
The net sales of individual Saudis reached approximately 441.2 million riyals, resulting from pressures from specialized individual investors who recorded net sales of about 278.2 million riyals, large individual investors of about 159 million riyals, and managed individual portfolios of about 35.1 million riyals, against net purchases by individual investors of about 31.1 million riyals. In contrast, the net purchases of Saudi institutions amounted to approximately 513.7 million riyals, supported by investment funds that recorded net purchases of about 720.2 million riyals, against net sales by companies of about 160.4 million riyals, government entities of about 43.8 million riyals, and managed institutional portfolios of about 2.4 million riyals.
