كشفت وزارة التجارة رصد 412 شبهة أولية للتستر التجاري خلال الربع الثاني من العام الحالي 2026، بعد تنفيذ 14,520 زيارة تفتيشية لمكافحة التستر التجاري، استهدفت 10,626 مؤسسة و3,901 شركة.
ورصدت الوزارة عدداً من مخالفات التستر التجاري، كان من أبرزها عدم وجود وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني ومخالفة نظام العمل والإقامة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن أبرز الأنشطة المستهدفة بالزيارات شملت: «الأسواق المركزية للمواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية، المقاهي الشعبية، البيع بالتجزئة للأجهزة الإلكترونية والكهربائية المنزلية، أنشطة مراكز خدمات وصيانة السيارات، تقديم العصائر الطازجة والمشروبات الباردة، والبيع بالتجزئة للحوم والدواجن المجمدة».
وبينت الوزارة أن إجمالي غرامات ومخالفات مكافحة التستر التجاري بلغ 1.14 مليون ريال، وشمل 1,119 بلاغاً عن شبهة تستر، و194 مخالفة أحيلت إلى لجنة النظر في مخالفات نظام مكافحة التستر، ومخالفتين أحيلت إلى النيابة العامة.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن الفرق الرقابية المشتركة للبرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري نفذت 919 جولة تفتيشية على منافذ بيع اللحوم في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بهدف تعزيز مستوى الامتثال في السوق المحلية، ومتابعة التزام المنشآت بالأنظمة واللوائح.
The Ministry of Commerce revealed that it recorded 412 initial suspicions of commercial concealment during the second quarter of the current year 2026, after conducting 14,520 inspection visits to combat commercial concealment, targeting 10,626 establishments and 3,901 companies.
The ministry noted several violations of commercial concealment, the most prominent of which were the absence of electronic payment methods and violations of labor and residency regulations.
The ministry clarified that the main activities targeted during the visits included: "central markets for food and consumer goods, popular cafes, retail sales of electronic devices and household appliances, activities of car service and maintenance centers, providing fresh juices and cold drinks, and retail sales of frozen meat and poultry."
The ministry indicated that the total fines and violations related to combating commercial concealment amounted to 1.14 million riyals, which included 1,119 reports of suspected concealment, 194 violations referred to the committee for reviewing violations of the Anti-Concealment Law, and two violations referred to the Public Prosecution.
The ministry pointed out that the joint inspection teams of the National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment conducted 919 inspection rounds at meat sales outlets in various regions of the Kingdom, aiming to enhance compliance levels in the local market and monitor the adherence of establishments to regulations and laws.
