أعلنت الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة «منشآت» تجاوز قيمة الرسوم الحكومية المستردة ضمن مبادرة «استرداد» 143 مليون ريال، استفاد منها أكثر من 5,600 منشأة صغيرة ومتوسطة مؤهلة، فيما بلغ عدد المنشآت المستوفية مبدئياً لشروط الاستحقاق نحو 34 ألف منشأة.
وتعكس هذه الأرقام اتساع نطاق الاستفادة من المبادرة، ودورها في تخفيف الأعباء المالية عن المنشآت الناشئة في مرحلة التأسيس والنمو، إذ تستهدف المبادرة المنشآت التي بدأت نشاطها خلال الفترة من 2024 حتى 2026، وتشمل 10 رسوم وتكاليف حكومية رئيسية.
وتستمر فترة التسجيل حتى نهاية عام 2026، على أن تمتد أعمال صرف المبالغ المستحقة للمنشآت المؤهلة حتى عام 2028، وفق جدولة الدفعات والضوابط المعتمدة.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن المبادرة تُمكّن المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة المؤهلة من استرداد عدد من الرسوم الحكومية وفق الضوابط والمعايير المعتمدة، من بينها رسوم السجل التجاري، وتراخيص الأنشطة الاقتصادية، واشتراكات الغرف التجارية، واشتراكات البريد السعودي، ورسوم تسجيل براءات الاختراع، إضافة إلى استرداد ما يصل إلى 80% من المقابل المالي للعامل الأجنبي.
وتأتي مبادرة «استرداد» ضمن حزمة البرامج الداعمة للمنشآت خلال سنواتها الثلاث الأولى، بما يُسهم في تحسين السيولة التشغيلية، وتعزيز الاستقرار المالي، ودعم نمو المنشآت واستدامتها.
وأكدت «منشآت» مواصلة صرف مستحقات المنشآت المؤهلة وفق الضوابط والإجراءات المعتمدة، مع إتاحة التسجيل للمنشآت المؤهلة حتى نهاية عام 2026، داعية أصحاب المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى التحقق من أهليتهم والتسجيل عبر منصة «استرداد» من خلال الرابط: https://estrdad.monshaat.gov.sa/home.
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monshaat" announced that the value of government fees refunded under the "Refund" initiative has exceeded 143 million riyals, benefiting more than 5,600 eligible small and medium enterprises, while the number of enterprises that initially meet the eligibility criteria is about 34,000.
These figures reflect the expanding scope of benefit from the initiative and its role in alleviating the financial burdens on emerging enterprises in the establishment and growth phases, as the initiative targets enterprises that began their activities during the period from 2024 to 2026, covering 10 main government fees and costs.
The registration period will continue until the end of 2026, with the disbursement of the amounts due to eligible enterprises extending until 2028, according to the approved payment schedule and regulations.
The authority clarified that the initiative enables eligible small and medium enterprises to recover a number of government fees according to the approved regulations and criteria, including commercial registration fees, economic activity licenses, chamber of commerce subscriptions, Saudi Post subscriptions, patent registration fees, in addition to recovering up to 80% of the financial fee for foreign workers.
The "Refund" initiative is part of a package of support programs for enterprises during their first three years, contributing to improving operational liquidity, enhancing financial stability, and supporting the growth and sustainability of enterprises.
Monshaat confirmed the continuation of disbursing entitlements to eligible enterprises according to the approved regulations and procedures, allowing registration for eligible enterprises until the end of 2026, urging owners of small and medium enterprises to verify their eligibility and register through the "Refund" platform via the link: https://estrdad.monshaat.gov.sa/home.
