أعلنت وزارة النفط العراقية، اليوم، أن إقليم كردستان يرفض استئناف صادرات النفط حالياً، لافتة إلى أن وزارة الثروات الطبيعية في إقليم كردستان وضعت شروطاً عديدة لا علاقة لها بموضوع تصدير النفط الخام.
وقال مسؤول حكومي في كردستان العراق: «إن الإقليم يرحب باستخدام خط الأنابيب لتصدير النفط بشرط إنهاء حظر الدولار المفروض على المنطقة».
وأشارت وزارة النفط العراقية، في بيان لها، إلى تأكيدها بأن هذه الشروط يمكن مناقشتها لاحقاً بالتوازي مع استئناف تصدير النفط كون التأخير في التصدير سيحرم العراق من بعض الموارد المالية كجزء من تعويض إيقاف التصدير من المنافذ الجنوبية.
المصلحة العليا
وجددت وزارة النفط العراقية طلبها استئناف التصدير فوراً انطلاقاً من المصلحة الوطنية العليا وتماشياً مع الدستور وقانون الموازنة.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنها طلبت من وزارة الثروات الطبيعية في إقليم كردستان وبشكل مستمر منذ بداية الأزمة الإقليمية استئناف التصدير وبكميات لا تزيد على 300 ألف برميل عبر أنبوب التصدير داخل الإقليم نحو ميناء جيهان، إضافة إلى كميات النفط من الحقول داخل الإقليم التي كانت تصدر قبل الظروف الراهنة بما لا يقل عن 200 ألف برميل يومياً، علماً بأن طاقة الأنبوب التصديرية بحدود 900 ألف برميل في اليوم.
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced today that the Kurdistan Region is currently refusing to resume oil exports, noting that the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Region has set several conditions unrelated to the issue of crude oil export.
A government official in Iraqi Kurdistan said: "The region welcomes the use of the pipeline to export oil on the condition that the dollar ban imposed on the area is lifted."
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil, in a statement, confirmed that these conditions can be discussed later in parallel with the resumption of oil exports, as the delay in exports will deprive Iraq of some financial resources as part of compensating for the halt in exports from the southern outlets.
The Higher Interest
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil renewed its request to resume exports immediately, based on the higher national interest and in accordance with the constitution and the budget law.
The ministry indicated that it has continuously requested from the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Region since the beginning of the regional crisis to resume exports at quantities not exceeding 300,000 barrels via the export pipeline within the region towards the port of Ceyhan, in addition to the quantities of oil from the fields within the region that were exported before the current circumstances, which is no less than 200,000 barrels per day, noting that the export pipeline capacity is around 900,000 barrels per day.
