أكد وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد الراجحي، أن منظومة سوق العمل حققت إنجاز 92% من مستهدفات إستراتيجية سوق العمل.
وأشار إلى أن عدد السعوديين العاملين في القطاع الخاص بلغ 2.5 مليون، في مؤشر يعكس نجاح برامج التوطين وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية.
أوضح الراجحي ذلك خلال لقائه عدداً من رجال وسيدات ورواد الأعمال بمنطقة المدينة المنورة، ضمن زيارته للمنطقة، في إطار حرص الوزارة على تعزيز التكامل بين القطاعات، وتطوير منظومة سوق العمل، وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وبين الراجحي أن برامج العمل المرن والحديث أسهمت في توسيع فرص المشاركة الاقتصادية، إذ استفاد أكثر من 430 ألف مواطن من العمل الحر، إلى جانب إصدار أكثر من مليون عقد عمل مرن وعن بُعد، بما يواكب التحولات في أنماط العمل واحتياجات سوق العمل الحديث.
4.5 مليون فرصة تدريب
وفي جانب بناء القدرات وتنمية المهارات، أشار الراجحي إلى إطلاق 4.5 مليون فرصة تدريب ضمن حملة «وعد»، تم إنجاز مليوني فرصة تدريبية منها حتى الآن، إضافة إلى استفادة أكثر من 1.5 مليون مستفيد من برامج التدريب التي يقدمها صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية «هدف»، بدعم تجاوز 3.8 مليار ريال، بما يعزز جاهزية الكوادر الوطنية ومواءمة مهاراتها مع متطلبات السوق.
واستعرض الوزير الراجحي دور بنك التنمية الاجتماعية في دعم التمكين الاقتصادي وريادة الأعمال، إذ بلغ حجم الدعم المقدم 8.5 مليار ريال، استفاد منها أكثر من 130 ألف مستفيد، بما يسهم في تحفيز المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي.
تمكين اقتصادي وتحفيز الاستثمارات
وهدف اللقاء إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين منظومة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية وقطاع الأعمال بالمنطقة، ومناقشة سبل تطوير منظومة سوق العمل، ودعم برامج التمكين الاقتصادي وريادة الأعمال، وتحفيز الاستثمارات المحلية، بما يعزز مساهمة القطاع الخاص في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
وشملت زيارة الراجحي لقاءً مع نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بالمدينة المنورة نايف بن عودة الصاعدي، جرى خلاله بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك بين الوزارة والغرفة، بما يسهم في دعم برامج التمكين الاقتصادي وتعزيز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
توسيع شراكات مختلف القطاعات
وأكد الراجحي استمرار الوزارة في توسيع شراكاتها مع مختلف القطاعات، والعمل على تطوير بيئات العمل، ورفع كفاءة منظومة سوق العمل، وزيادة مساهمة القطاع الخاص في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، مشيداً بما تشهده منطقة المدينة المنورة من حراك تنموي مميز.
وتضمنت الزيارة مشاركة الراجحي في مبادرة «تطوع بخبرتك» التي تنظمها الوزارة، إلى جانب جولة في معرض «صُنع في المدينة»، الذي يعكس نماذج وطنية متميزة في ريادة الأعمال والصناعات المحلية.

He pointed out that the number of Saudis working in the private sector has reached 2.5 million, indicating the success of localization programs and empowering national competencies.
Al-Rajhi clarified this during his meeting with a number of male and female entrepreneurs in the Medina region, as part of his visit to the area, reflecting the ministry's commitment to enhancing integration between sectors, developing the labor market system, and empowering national competencies, contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Al-Rajhi noted that flexible and modern work programs have contributed to expanding economic participation opportunities, with more than 430,000 citizens benefiting from freelance work, in addition to issuing over one million flexible and remote work contracts, keeping pace with the transformations in work patterns and the needs of the modern labor market.
4.5 Million Training Opportunities
In terms of capacity building and skill development, Al-Rajhi mentioned the launch of 4.5 million training opportunities as part of the "Promise" campaign, with two million training opportunities completed so far, in addition to benefiting more than 1.5 million beneficiaries from the training programs offered by the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf," with support exceeding 3.8 billion riyals, enhancing the readiness of national cadres and aligning their skills with market requirements.
The minister reviewed the role of the Social Development Bank in supporting economic empowerment and entrepreneurship, with the amount of support provided reaching 8.5 billion riyals, benefiting more than 130,000 beneficiaries, contributing to stimulating small and medium enterprises and enhancing economic stability.
Economic Empowerment and Investment Stimulus
The meeting aimed to enhance the partnership between the Human Resources and Social Development system and the business sector in the region, discussing ways to develop the labor market system, support economic empowerment and entrepreneurship programs, and stimulate local investments, thereby enhancing the private sector's contribution to economic and social development.
Al-Rajhi's visit included a meeting with the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Medina, Nayef bin Awda Al-Saadi, during which they discussed prospects for joint cooperation between the ministry and the chamber, contributing to supporting economic empowerment programs and enhancing the partnership between the public and private sectors.
Expanding Partnerships Across Various Sectors
Al-Rajhi affirmed the ministry's continued efforts to expand its partnerships with various sectors, work on developing work environments, improving the efficiency of the labor market system, and increasing the private sector's contribution to economic and social development, praising the distinctive developmental movement witnessed in the Medina region.
The visit included Al-Rajhi's participation in the "Volunteer Your Expertise" initiative organized by the ministry, along with a tour of the "Made in Medina" exhibition, which showcases outstanding national models in entrepreneurship and local industries.
