أعلنت الشركة السعودية للاستثمار الجريء (SVC) أن الاستثمار الجريء في المملكة العربية السعودية حقق خلال عام 2025 قفزتين تاريخيتين، من حيث حجم الاستثمار وعدد الصفقات، في حين عززت المملكة صدارتها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط للعام الثالث على التوالي، من حيث حجم الاستثمار الجريء، في أثر واضح لرؤية المملكة 2030.
وأوضحت SVC أن المملكة حققت تاريخيًا أعلى عدد صفقات استثمار جريء بواقع 254 صفقة خلال عام 2025، كما سجّلت رقمًا تاريخيًا آخر في حجم الاستثمار الجريء بلغ 1.66 مليار دولار خلال عام 2025، بينما لم تتجاوز 60 مليون دولار في عام 2018، مما أسهم في تضاعف حجم الاستثمار 25 مرة، وذلك منذ تأسيس SVC وظهور أثرها في المنظومة، وتأكيد دورها كصانع للسوق.
تحول هيكلي
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي وعضو مجلس إدارة SVC الدكتور نبيل كوشك: «إن هذه الأرقام تمثل تحولًا هيكليًا في الاستثمار الجريء، وما شهدته المملكة اليوم في قطاع الاستثمار الجريء هو نتيجة للدعم غير المحدود من القيادة الرشيدة للقطاعات كافة، الذي تُرجم اليوم كتحول اقتصادي مدروس، انتقل فيه الاستثمار الخاص إلى مرحلة أكثر نضجًا، إذ إن هذه الأرقام تعكس قوة الاقتصاد السعودي، ووضوح الرؤية، وثقة المستثمرين، وتؤكد أن منظومة الاستثمار الجريء أصبحت ركيزة أساسية للنمو والتنوع الاقتصادي».
وظائف نوعية
وأفاد بأن حجم الاستثمار تضاعف 25 مرة منذ عام 2018، وحقق رقمين تاريخيين في حجم الاستثمار وعدد الصفقات، مما يعكس نضج السوق من حيث تنافسية صناديق الاستثمار المحلية والإقليمية، وجاذبية الاستثمار في المملكة من قبل صناديق الاستثمار العالمية، إلى جانب جاهزية الشركات وتنوّع القطاعات، مشيرًا إلى أن الاستثمار الجريء يسهم في بناء شركات قادرة على التوسع، ويوفر وظائف نوعية، ويحول الابتكار إلى قيمة اقتصادية مستدامة، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) announced that venture capital investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved two historic leaps in 2025, in terms of investment volume and the number of deals, while the Kingdom reinforced its leadership in the Middle East for the third consecutive year in terms of venture capital investment, reflecting the clear impact of Vision 2030.
SVC clarified that the Kingdom achieved a historic high of 254 venture capital investment deals in 2025, and recorded another historic figure in venture capital investment volume amounting to $1.66 billion during the same year, compared to just $60 million in 2018, contributing to a 25-fold increase in investment volume since the establishment of SVC and its impact on the ecosystem, confirming its role as a market maker.
Structural Transformation
The CEO and Board Member of SVC, Dr. Nabil Koshak, stated: “These figures represent a structural transformation in venture capital investment. What the Kingdom has witnessed today in the venture capital sector is the result of the unlimited support from the wise leadership across all sectors, which has translated today into a well-considered economic transformation, moving private investment to a more mature stage. These figures reflect the strength of the Saudi economy, the clarity of vision, and the confidence of investors, confirming that the venture capital ecosystem has become a fundamental pillar for growth and economic diversification.”
Quality Jobs
He noted that the investment volume has increased 25 times since 2018, achieving historic figures in both investment volume and the number of deals, reflecting the maturity of the market in terms of the competitiveness of local and regional investment funds, and the attractiveness of investment in the Kingdom by global investment funds, alongside the readiness of companies and the diversity of sectors. He pointed out that venture capital contributes to building companies capable of expansion, provides quality jobs, and transforms innovation into sustainable economic value, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.
