أعلنت وزارة الاقتصاد والصناعة السورية وصول عدد الشركات المسجلة في سورية منذ بداية العام الحالي وحتى نهاية شهر سبتمبر الماضي إلى 11.171 ألف شركة لدى مديرية الشركات في الوزارة.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في إحصاء رصدت فيه عدد الشركات المسجلة منذ بداية العام، أن عدد الشركات المسجلة كسجل تجاري فردي بلغ 8693 شركة، بينما وصل عدد الشركات المسجلة كشركات أشخاص إلى 1044 شركة، منها 942 شركة تضامنية و102 شركة توصية.
شركات الأموال
وقالت الوزارة: «إن عدد شركات الأموال التي سجلت خلال أول 9 أشهر من العام الحالي بلغ 1435 شركة، منها 17 شركة مساهمة و1418 شركة محدودة المسؤولية».
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه تم شطب سجلات 1418 شركة، منها 1164 سجلا تجاريا فرديا، و254 شركة سجل شركات.
ونوهت إلى أن ارتفاع عدد الشركات المسجلة يعكس الجهود الحكومية المبذولة لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للمستثمرين، وتيسير الإجراءات المتعلقة بتأسيس الشركات وتنظيم عملها، بما يسهم في خلق بيئة استثمارية محفّزة ومستقرة.
وافتتحت وزارة الاقتصاد والصناعة السورية في يوليو الماضي مديرية الشركات في مبنى الإدارة العامة للتجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك في دمشق، وذلك بعد إعادة تأهيلها من جديد وتطوير الخدمات التي تقدمها.
The Syrian Ministry of Economy and Trade announced that the number of registered companies in Syria since the beginning of the current year until the end of September has reached 11,171 companies at the Directorate of Companies in the ministry.
The ministry clarified, in a report that monitored the number of registered companies since the beginning of the year, that the number of companies registered as individual commercial records reached 8,693 companies, while the number of companies registered as partnerships reached 1,044 companies, including 942 cooperative companies and 102 limited partnerships.
Capital Companies
The ministry stated: "The number of capital companies registered during the first 9 months of the current year reached 1,435 companies, including 17 joint-stock companies and 1,418 limited liability companies."
The ministry pointed out that the records of 1,418 companies were canceled, including 1,164 individual commercial records and 254 partnership company records.
It noted that the increase in the number of registered companies reflects the government efforts made to develop the services provided to investors and to facilitate the procedures related to establishing companies and organizing their work, which contributes to creating a stimulating and stable investment environment.
The Syrian Ministry of Economy and Trade opened the Directorate of Companies in July in the building of the General Administration of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Damascus, after rehabilitating it and developing the services it provides.
