قال محافظ البنك المركزي السعودي «ساما»، أيمن السياري: «إن عدد شركات التقنية المالية في المملكة تضاعف 3 مرات منذ عام 2022، وأن بلاده ترسم التشريعات الأساسية لتطوير التقنية المالية».
وكشف السياري إطلاق منصة خاصة بخدمات البنك المركزي الرقمية، وأن هناك مسؤولية لديهم لتطوير البنية التحتية لقطاع التقنية المالية محلياً.
وأبان السياري أن شركات التقنية المالية ارتفعت من 82 شركة بنهاية عام 2022 إلى 281 شركة مع نهاية الشهر الماضي، مؤكداً أن القطاع شهد توسعاً في المملكة، جاء ذلك خلال كلمته خلال «مؤتمر موني 20/20 الشرق الأوسط».
