قال مدير عام الاتصال الإستراتيجي المتحدث باسم الهيئة العامة للعقار تيسير المفرّج إن الهيئة حققت خلال عامين من نظام الوساطة العقارية (من 18 يوليو 2023 إلى 18 يوليو 2025) العديد من المؤشرات الإيجابية في قطاع الوساطة، من بينها قيمة الصفقات العقارية التي بلغت نحو 1.2 تريليون ريال نتيجة لأكثر من 8 ملايين صفقة عقارية.
وأشار المفرّج ضمن كلمته الافتتاحية بملتقى الوساطة العقارية 2025، إلى وصول عدد المرخصين لمزاولة نشاط الوساطة إلى أكثر من 86 ألف وسيط عقاري، إضافة إلى 75 منصة عقارية إلكترونية تحتوي 685 ألف إعلان عقاري.
وقال المفرّج إن نظام الوساطة العقارية أحدث تحوّلاً جوهرياً في بنية القطاع، بنقل الوساطة إلى مهنة مرخصة محكومة بالضوابط، ومحددة المهمات والالتزامات، لافتاً إلى أن كل هذه الأرقام تعكس حجم السوق العقارية السعودية وثقة المستثمر المحلي والدولي.

The General Director of Strategic Communication and spokesperson for the General Authority for Real Estate, Taysir Al-Mufarij, stated that the authority has achieved many positive indicators in the real estate brokerage sector over the two years of the real estate brokerage system (from July 18, 2023, to July 18, 2025), including the value of real estate transactions, which reached approximately 1.2 trillion riyals as a result of more than 8 million real estate transactions.
In his opening speech at the Real Estate Brokerage Forum 2025, Al-Mufarij noted that the number of licensed brokers has reached over 86,000 real estate brokers, in addition to 75 electronic real estate platforms containing 685,000 real estate listings.
Al-Mufarij said that the real estate brokerage system has brought about a fundamental transformation in the structure of the sector, moving brokerage to a licensed profession governed by regulations, with defined tasks and obligations, pointing out that all these figures reflect the size of the Saudi real estate market and the confidence of local and international investors.
