تحركت السلطات المختصة في مصر، ضد منصة وتطبيق VSA، بشأن اتهامات بالنصب عليهم والاستيلاء على أموالهم بإجمالي بلغ 3 مليارات جنيه، وفق صحف محلية، وكشفت تحقيقات وتحركات أمنية متلاحقة عن سقوط مئات الضحايا في فخ منصة VSA.
منصة VSA، هي منصة استثمارية رقمية زعمت إتاحة فرص استثمارية في الذهب والعقارات والشهادات البنكية، قبل أن تختفي بشكل مفاجئ. وقدّمت نفسها كجهة استثمارية واعدة تتيح لمستخدميها جني بعض الأرباح السريعة من خلال مهمhj رقمية بسيطة تشمل مشاهدة مقاطع فيديو أو دعوة الأصدقاء للانضمام، وزعمت المنصة وجود مقرات لها في جميع المحافظات المصرية، وأنها تعمل تحت غطاء قانوني رسمي.
في البداية، نجحت VSA في كسب ثقة مئات المواطنين من خلال حملات دعائية مكثفة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مدعومة برسائل مطمئنة من «مديرين» و«دعم فني»، وزعمت أن المستخدمين سيحققون أرباحاً يومية مضمونة.
تدريجياً، بدأت المنصة في تقليل المهمات الممنوحة للمستخدمين، ثم فرضت قيوداً على عمليات السحب، وصولاً إلى الإغلاق الكامل ووقف التواصل، وفي يوليو الجاري، بدأ العشرات في نشر استغاثات عبر حساباتهم الشخصية، وتقدم عدد كبير منهم ببلاغات رسمية إلى مباحث الإنترنت.
رغم الإغلاق، تواصل المنصة إرسال رسائل تهديد لمستخدميها القدامى، إحدى هذه الرسائل قالت نصاً: «إذا لم تقم بتأكيد هويتك حتى 11 يوليو 2025، سيتم حذف الحساب بالكامل وفقدان الرصيد»، وأكد متضررون أن هذه الرسائل مجرد محاولة جديدة لخداع الضحايا.
الواقعة أعادت إلى الأذهان فضيحة منصة FBC، التي تورطت في النصب على أكثر من مليون شخص حول العالم وخسائر قُدّرت بـ6 مليارات دولار.
وكانت المنصة تتيح أرباحاً في البداية، ثم حجبت السحب تدريجياً بحجة تعرضها لاختراق إلكتروني، وتقدم 5 ضحايا ببلاغات رسمية بمديرية أمن الجيزة ضد FBC، وأجرت مباحث الجيزة تحريات موسعة عقب مؤتمر عقدته الشركة على كورنيش النيل.
وتتابع الأجهزة الأمنية في مصر حالياً بلاغات ضحايا منصة VSA، وأكدت مصادر أمنية أن هناك تحقيقات جارية لتتبع مديري المنصة وتحديد هوياتهم، خصوصاً بعد البلاغات التي أكدت أن المنصة استولت على ما يقارب 3 مليارات جنيه.
وتُجري الجهات المختصة فحصاً شاملاً للمنشورات والرسائل المتداولة على الإنترنت، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد المتورطين.
خبراء في الأمن السيبراني دعوا إلى الحذر من المنصات الرقمية التي تعد بأرباح غير منطقية دون تقديم أوراق ترخيص أو هوية رسمية، مؤكدين أن أي استثمار رقمي يجب أن يكون خاضعاً للرقابة المالية، ومصرّحاً له من جهات موثوقة.

The VSA platform is a digital investment platform that claimed to offer investment opportunities in gold, real estate, and bank certificates before disappearing suddenly. It presented itself as a promising investment entity that allowed its users to earn quick profits through simple digital tasks, including watching videos or inviting friends to join, claiming that it had offices in all Egyptian governorates and that it operated under an official legal cover.
Initially, VSA succeeded in gaining the trust of hundreds of citizens through intensive advertising campaigns on social media, supported by reassuring messages from "managers" and "technical support," claiming that users would achieve guaranteed daily profits.
Despite the shutdown, the platform continues to send threatening messages to its former users. One of these messages stated: "If you do not confirm your identity by July 11, 2025, your account will be completely deleted, and your balance will be lost." Affected individuals confirmed that these messages are just another attempt to deceive the victims.
The incident has brought to mind the FBC platform scandal, which was involved in defrauding over a million people worldwide, with losses estimated at $6 billion.
The platform initially offered profits but gradually withheld withdrawals under the pretext of suffering a cyber breach. Five victims filed official complaints with the Giza Security Directorate against FBC, and the Giza Investigations conducted extensive inquiries following a conference held by the company on the Nile Corniche.
The security agencies in Egypt are currently monitoring the complaints of VSA platform victims, and security sources have confirmed that investigations are ongoing to track the platform's managers and identify them, especially after reports confirmed that the platform seized nearly 3 billion Egyptian pounds.
The relevant authorities are conducting a comprehensive examination of the posts and messages circulating online in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions against those involved.
Cybersecurity experts have urged caution regarding digital platforms that promise illogical profits without providing licensing documents or official identification, emphasizing that any digital investment must be subject to financial oversight and authorized by trusted entities.
