انخفض عدد تصاريح بناء المنازل في الولايات المتحدة خلال شهر أبريل، في دلالة على تباطؤ وتيرة نمو سوق الإسكان مع تصاعد التوترات التجارية الشهر الماضي.
وحسب بيانات صدرت اليوم (الجمعة) عن مكتب الإحصاءات الأمريكي، انخفض عدد تصاريح البناء الجديدة بنسبة 4.7% على أساس شهري في أبريل، إلى 1.412 مليون تصريح.
فيما يعتبر هذا المستوى منخفضاً بنسبة 3.2% مقارنة بالفترة المناظرة العام الماضي، والبالغ 1.459 مليون تصريح.
في حين ارتفع عدد المنازل التي تم البدء في تشييدها على مدار الشهر الماضي بنسبة 1.6% على أساس شهري، إلى 1.361 مليون وحدة في أبريل، فيما تعتبر منخفضة بنسبة 1.7% مقارنة بالشهر المناظر 2024.
لكن عدد المنازل التي تم الانتهاء من تشييدها انخفض 5.9% على أساس شهري ليسجل 1.458 مليون وحدة في أبريل، وفق ما ورد في البيانات.

The number of building permits for homes in the United States declined in April, indicating a slowdown in the pace of growth in the housing market amid rising trade tensions last month.
According to data released today (Friday) by the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of new building permits fell by 4.7% month-over-month in April, to 1.412 million permits.
This level is considered a decrease of 3.2% compared to the same period last year, which was 1.459 million permits.
Meanwhile, the number of homes that began construction over the past month rose by 1.6% month-over-month, to 1.361 million units in April, although this is a decrease of 1.7% compared to the same month in 2024.
