اختتم المؤتمر والمعرض السنوي لشركة SHRM في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، تحت رعاية الهيئة الاتحادية للموارد البشرية الحكومية (FAHR) في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أعماله بيوم حافل بالنقاشات التفاعلية، والحوارات الملهمة، والجلسات التي تناولت مستقبل العمل برؤى مبتكرة وأفكار محفزة.
استُهل اليوم الثاني بكلمة خاصة ألقاها مدير الإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية في القيادة العامة لشرطة دبي العميد راشد ناصر راشد عبدالله، تلتها محاضرة ملهمة ألقاها شيف، الشريك التنفيذي في شركة Advent Private Equity والرئيس التنفيذي السابق لشركة بيبسيكو.
وتناولت جلسات اليوم موضوعات محورية مثل القيادة الشاملة، وتمكين الفرق المتنوعة لدفع الابتكار، وبناء قيادات مؤهلة لمتطلبات المستقبل. وكان من أبرز الفعاليات الجلسة الختامية التي حملت عنوان «إدارة غرفة الاجتماعات: دروس قيادية من هوليوود»، والتي قدمها سانفورد آر. كليمان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة EMV ومنتج أفلام هوليوود.
واختُتم المؤتمر بحفل جوائز النجوم – SHRM MENA Star Awards 2025، الذي احتفى بالإنجازات المتميزة والمساهمات البارزة في مجال الموارد البشرية على مستوى المنطقة.
عزز اليوم الثاني التزام SHRM MENA بدعم وتطوير ممارسات الموارد البشرية وقيادة الأعمال في المنطقة، وتعزيز الابتكار والتنوع والتعاون العالمي.
وقال المدير العام لـ SHRM MENA فيفيك أرورا: «أكد المؤتمر السنوي لـ SHRM MENA مجددًا التزام المنطقة ببناء بيئات عمل مؤهلة للمستقبل. ومن خلال جمع قادة الحكومات والتنفيذيين العالميين والمتخصصين في الموارد البشرية، نسعى إلى تبادل الأفكار التي تدفع عجلة الابتكار والشمولية والنمو المستدام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. لقد كان من الملهم مشاهدة هذا الزخم وروح التعاون التي ظهرت خلال اليومين الماضيين.»
The annual conference and exhibition of SHRM in the Middle East and North Africa concluded its activities with a day full of interactive discussions, inspiring dialogues, and sessions that addressed the future of work with innovative visions and stimulating ideas.
The second day began with a special speech delivered by Brigadier Rashid Nasser Rashid Abdullah, Director of the General Department of Human Resources at the General Command of Dubai Police, followed by an inspiring lecture by Chef, the Executive Partner at Advent Private Equity and former CEO of PepsiCo.
The sessions of the day covered pivotal topics such as inclusive leadership, empowering diverse teams to drive innovation, and building qualified leaders for future requirements. One of the highlights was the closing session titled "Managing the Meeting Room: Leadership Lessons from Hollywood," presented by Sanford R. Kleinman, CEO of EMV and a Hollywood film producer.
The conference concluded with the SHRM MENA Star Awards 2025 ceremony, which celebrated outstanding achievements and significant contributions in the field of human resources across the region.
The second day reinforced SHRM MENA's commitment to supporting and developing human resources practices and business leadership in the region, enhancing innovation, diversity, and global collaboration.
