أفادت وزارة التجارة الصينية في بيان صدر اليوم، بأنها بدأت تحقيقاً لمكافحة الإغراق يستهدف بعض الرقائق التناظرية القادمة من الولايات المتحدة.
جاء هذا الإعلان بعد يوم واحد من إضافة الولايات المتحدة المزيد من الشركات الصينية على قائمة الكيانات، وقبيل اجتماع مرتقب في مدريد بين وزير الخزانة الأمريكي سكوت بيسنت، ونائب رئيس الوزراء الصيني هي ليفنغ لإجراء محادثات بشأن التجارة وقضايا أخرى.
وكان إعلان حكومي نشر في السجل الاتحادي بالولايات المتحدة، أن واشنطن أضافت، أخيراً، 32 كياناً إلى قائمة وزارة التجارة للكيانات التجارية الخاضعة لقيود، منها 23 كياناً من الصين.
وطالبت وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية مجموعة الدول الصناعية السبع والدول الحليفة في الاتحاد الأوروبي بفرض رسوم جمركية مؤثرة على الواردات من الصين والهند لوقف مشترياتهما من النفط الروسي.

ودعت الوزارة إلى عقد اجتماع لوزراء مالية مجموعة السبع لبحث الجهود الرامية إلى ممارسة مزيد من الضغط على موسكو لإنهاء الحرب التي تشنها في أوكرانيا.
وقال متحدث باسم وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية، في بيان: «المشتريات الصينية والهندية من النفط الروسي تمول آلة الحرب».
والصين والهند من المشترين الرئيسيين للنفط الروسي، وبالتالي فإنهما تضطلعان بدور مهم في دعم اقتصاد روسيا مع استمرار حربها في أوكرانيا التي بدأت بغزو البلاد في عام 2022.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce stated in a statement issued today that it has initiated an anti-dumping investigation targeting certain analog chips coming from the United States.
This announcement came just one day after the United States added more Chinese companies to its entity list, and ahead of an anticipated meeting in Madrid between U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Pessen and Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng to discuss trade and other issues.
A government announcement published in the Federal Register in the United States indicated that Washington has recently added 32 entities to the Commerce Department's list of entities subject to restrictions, including 23 entities from China.
The U.S. Treasury Department has urged the Group of Seven industrialized nations and allied countries in the European Union to impose significant tariffs on imports from China and India to halt their purchases of Russian oil.
More Pressure
The department called for a meeting of G7 finance ministers to discuss efforts to exert more pressure on Moscow to end the war it is waging in Ukraine.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Treasury Department said in a statement: "Chinese and Indian purchases of Russian oil are funding the war machine."
China and India are major buyers of Russian oil, and thus play an important role in supporting Russia's economy as it continues its war in Ukraine, which began with the invasion of the country in 2022.
