أعلنت أنغولا أنها تعتزم فتح جولة جديدة لمنح تراخيص التنقيب عن النفط بحلول الربع الأخير من العام الحالي، في إطار جهودها للحفاظ على مستوى إنتاج الخام فوق مليون برميل يوميًا.
وستكون هذه الجولة الأخيرة ضمن إستراتيجية متعددة السنوات أطلقتها الحكومة عام 2019، وتهدف إلى منح 50 امتيازاً في ثالث أكبر منتج للنفط الخام في أفريقيا.
مكامن جديدة
وقال وزير الموارد المعدنية والنفط والغاز، ديامانتينو أزيفيدو، في بيان اليوم: «هدفنا هو الوصول إلى إنتاج مليون برميل يوميًا في العام القادم، نحن بلد يعتمد على آبار ناضجة في حقولنا، وحلنا هو البحث عن مكامن جديدة».
وتأتي جولة التراخيص هذه ضمن مساعي الحكومة لجذب الاستثمارات إلى قطاع النفط.
وكانت مستويات الإنتاج قد انخفضت في يوليو الماضي إلى أقل من مليون برميل يوميًا، للمرة الأولى منذ انسحاب البلاد من منظمة «أوبك» في 2023.

Angola has announced its intention to open a new round of oil exploration license grants by the last quarter of this year, as part of its efforts to maintain crude oil production levels above one million barrels per day.
This round will be the last under a multi-year strategy launched by the government in 2019, aiming to grant 50 concessions in Africa's third-largest crude oil producer.
New Reservoirs
Mineral Resources and Oil and Gas Minister Diamantino Azevedo stated in a statement today: "Our goal is to reach a production of one million barrels per day next year; we are a country that relies on mature wells in our fields, and our solution is to search for new reservoirs."
This licensing round is part of the government's efforts to attract investments to the oil sector.
Production levels had dropped in July to below one million barrels per day for the first time since the country withdrew from the OPEC organization in 2023.
